Bank of America is not processing my loan from another bank correctly.

Has anyone experienced problems with Bank of America for not processing their home modification loan correctly from a buyout of another bank and is anyone getting legal help?

Dina,

Bank of America have an excellent rating with the BBB. You may want to contact the BBB who handles their file to see if they have any type of pattern in their complaints regarding their loan modification services.

If you cannot resolve your complaint directly with Bank of America, you may file a complaint with the BBB. Here's the link to the report:
