Dinece Carmichael, owner and operator, is a native of California and was raised in San Diego. She attended UCLA and earned a degree in Psychology in 1991. But while attending college she fell in love with the Real Estate mortgage industry.
Interesting Biography she left out that she is ALSO A SCAM and A FRAUD.
I hired Dinece about a yr ago and she told me how she could help me with my mortgage. I told her I really would like to hire a law firm or someone with proven results. Well I made the mistake of my life by hiring her. She cannot show anything in writing that she can do or has done for anyone. She literally dragged my file though the mud for a yr with no results. What a waste of time and my hard earned money. No fees please she does not work for free folks. This woman is a pathological liar and complete sociopath in my opinion. Many nights she would call me drunk and slurring her words. Stay clear of this THIEF, LIAR and CHEAT. Hire a professional lawyer or someone who does not pray on innocent poor people. If she calls just hang up on her.
I have already contacted the CA AG and CA DRE about her. She will be hearing from both very soon. If you had a similar story with this crook please post here and state the truth. She needs to be stopped!

My name is Dinece Carmichael. I am the owner and operator for Trabuco Canyon Realty.
My company has never serviced anyone by the name of Kristy Wilson in the Los Angeles, CA. We ask that she take the time to call our offices and provide a copy of our mortgage restructuring contract for our review. We do not sit on or ignore anyone's case. We do not take any funds upfront from out clients and if she has complained about my services to the CA Department of Real Estate and the Attorney General's office, we look forward to speaking with them directly to identify this party and help them find the correct party.
As far as stating that I have called their home late at night drunk and slurring - this is completely dispute. I am a diabetic and do not drink much less act in an unprofessional manner by calling the homes of my clients after the designated times for non-business related matters.
Additionally, I am more than happy to provide copies of modification offers secured for my home owners, proof of that we do not take any upfront fees from our clients until an approved modification has been accepted by our home owners as well as testimony from multiple home owners that such an experience indicated below is both out of character and not in line with their experience with my firm.

For more than two years I have been in fear of losing my home. About six months ago, Ms. Carmichael contacted me and my husband to provide assistance. And she provided her services for FREE!! Why would anyone do that you ask? Because we explained to her how an Attorney took us for $10,000 and did not accomplish anything. Then a few months later we tried working with another modification company headed by an Attorney only for them to take more money from us and then close their doors without any notice.
She saw our update on Trustlink and gave us a call. Just by the way she spoke I knew she was knowledgeable, focused on helping homeowners and when she waived our fee - then I realized she was unbelievable. Our lender, BofA, would not work with us when we called due to the approaching sale date on October 21, 2011. She came out to our home, sat down and explained the process - no pressure. The other reason I felt comfortable with Dinece has to do with the number of modification examples she had from the past 6 years!! She told me to randomly pick 5 people to call and talk to them. I spoke to two and I was convinced. Every person I spoke to talked about how she helped them, understood them, fought for them and never took any money until they had a modification that they loved. And for the first time, I finally understood how a professional should act and sound like.
I am proud to state on December 19, 2011 we received our modification in the mail. Our new payment is $1175.58; our new interest rate for the next 5 yrs is 2.000% fixed and our principal is reducing by $56,785 each year for the next three years as long as we make our payments on time. Because of Dinece Carmichael we are saving more than $853 per month from our monthly payment. I did everything she asked, provided all the documents she required, I did not hold back when it came to disclosing our finances and she helped us to build a budget into our home, she helped us plan the pay-off our credit cards in five years and referred us to William D. Ford to refinance our student loans.
I thank God Almighty for Dinece. And she did it absolutely free of charge. Thank you Jesus for Dinece....please call her - if she can help you - she will do it. I am not sure what happened with this other home owner but it just does not sound like the Dinece Carmichael who helped my family. I think they are lying. Shame on you.

My name is Dinece Carmichael and I am the sole-owner for Trabuco Canyon Realty Specialists. Over the past few days, I have been waiting patiently to hear from the "customer" who claims that I ripped them off. To date, I have not received a single phone call, email, letter, investigation inquiry or a notice from the Attorney General or any other regulatory agency relating to my real estate license. But what I have received are a barrage of phone calls from SEO Management companies which has made me very suspicious. So far, 12 separate companies have called my offices about this report stating for $1500 to $6500 they could identify the "customer" and resolve this matter via legal action against Rip-Off Report and that poster. Really? I have to agree that posting an opinion of a company is protected by the First Amendment as long as it is not slanderous or intended to defraud the party. Therefore, I decided to hire a Cyber-Investigator to begin the process on this profile. And in less than a week I was advised the IP address comes back to an SEO Management company in San Juan Capistrano, CA and NOT Beverly Hills. It was explained to me that they used a proxy IP address to make this false report so here I am defrauded by this organization, slandered by this organization and now I am going to sue them and have their organization closed.
This is a scam beyond anything I have seen before. Why are there people in this world that must hurt small business owners like me to build themselves up? I've worked very hard to help people save their homes and I have never had a client lose their home from my errors or unprofessional actions. In fact, I started this company out of my bedroom nearly two years ago because I was sick and tired of seeing Attorneys and non-licensed peoples defrauding hundreds of home owners out of the very funds they needed to save their homes. So I pledged that I would tell every client the truth about their circumstances before I took their cases, qualified them for HAMP and Traditional modifications, assured I was properly licensed and endorsed as well as carried the proper business licenses, paid my quarterly taxes on time and maintained an active E&O policy.
My company does not take money out of a home owner's account ever. We do not demand a deposit from them to start our services and neither have we ever asked a client to pay us their mortgage in place of paying it to their lender. We do suggest, if the lender will no longer accept their mortgage payments, they save it and prepare to send to the lender as a good faith if required as a condition of their modification agreement.
Additionally, we never demand the home owner to provide any type of
