Primecast - DO NOT deal with them! They deducted a $5 fee for taking a payment over the phone on the same day that I signed up for automatic payments. They are no longer associated with DirecTV and good luck with getting any reimbursements due you. If you are on automatic payment plan with them, PLEASE call 888-532-2980 and CANCEL your autopay account (no fee for this.) Otherwise you'll still get bills and possibly have money deducted from your bank account for services no longer provided. No correspondence from Primecast saying they're no longer sleeping with DirecTV ... nothing. The girl I spoke with at Primecast said I'll get no more bills and that DirecTV will be taking over from now on, but I'm skeptical. I called, emailed, and left voicemails for them for a straight week ... with no responses. I tried faxing them at the number shown on the back of their invoice, but it's not a valid number. If you can at all avoid dealing with Primecast, DO SO!
