Has anyone had accounting discrepancies with Seabreeze Management Company?

I have been and currently am having major issues with SEABREEZE MANAGEMENT COMPANY relating to the HOA dues. I have sent every payment, on time however they have chosen to either claim that my payments arrived late (I send them 2 weeks prior to the due date)or simply do not cash them then charge me late fee's and excessive "collection" charges.
Has anyone else had this or similar issues with the association?
