It only take one Google Search of VO Financial to read what we have made public about our services via press release. Here we explain our service in high detail. We can get a client out of there timeshare obligation. We also advise the consumer to verify with an attorney prior to allowing us to work on their account to confirm that what we are doing will work 100% of the time.
As Section 1414 of the Federal Dodd-Frank Act permits, timeshare mortgages, as opposed to residential personal mortgages, are specifically permitted to utilize the non-judicial foreclose process i.e. a deed in lieu of foreclosure in addition to other state specific legislation permitting the same (FL Code Ch. 721, F.S.). A deficiency judgment will not be entered against the person after receiving a deed in lieu so as to eliminate all obligations associated with the timeshare and the accompanying debt.

Also, we will clarify as you have just given bad advise. Timeshare Reliefe ( A good company) charges clients a fee to take a paid off deed out of their name. They do not sell timeshare as this is not one of their services. Secondly, you should never have a client to pay anyone to sell their timeshare as there is not a company out there who will successfully do this for a client. Please be more accurate when giving an answer as an expert to a consumer as a client should not pay an upfront fee especially when it comes to renting or selling a timeshare.

There is currently a number of individuals who were doing business as VO Group who have been arraigned on charges of mail and wire fraud.. You can find an article concerning this at http://www.insidethegate.com/gatehouse/2012/05/eastern-usa-may-19-2012/
It's important to remember that being charged with a crime does not mean someone is guilty, however- with anything timeshare related it is always wise to be extremely careful. This may not be the same group, but I would strongly urge caution before paying anyone any type of upfront fee.
