How does Transfer America effect one's escape from time share bondage? What are the details of the transaction? Failure to provide this information causes suspicion that they are like all the other scams. Is this another shell game?

Harrison,

Transfer America does not solicit buyers for your timeshares but rather timeshare transfers. Participants still pay to get out of their title but in the current state of the economy, you may have better luck since there is no buyers market right now.
