On Friday May 04, 2012, between 5:00-6:00 pm, I returned to Valencia Kia Superstore to talk with the General Manager about how unhappy I was with my vehicle’s gas mileage. Salesman Steven came up to me and brought me to his manager “Simon”. After 10 minutes into the discussion, Steven said to Simon, “Simon, I’m going to step out of my boundary now”. Then Steven poked his finger into my chest, hard. I could not believe it! I said to Steven,” you just touched me. You just poked me in the chest.” Steven Said,” I thought I just touched you.” I said, “ you just poked me in the chest”. I didn’t know what to do, and Simon didn’t say a word about what just happened. I left, went home and called the 1-800 number for KIA to tell them what happened. I was told they were sorry for what happened but the KIA dealership is separate from KIA CORP. The dealership buys cars from KIA. I went back to talk to another Manager on May 07 who told me his salesman can be animated and may have touched me and that there is a little bit a truth to both stories. I asked if they have security cameras, he said no. The Manager told me he would call me in a couple days. That was over a week ago. I want this Valencia KIA superstores to take the KIA RIO back. I was treated with very bad customer service.

drive habits affect mileage on any car...the guidelines on the sticker are just that....guidelines. As for being "touched" try to get over it, you're probably going not going to contract any diseases.
