I think you should contact the customer support if it's there then ask them how to cancel out your order. If they say we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process request them to quote your order number and cancel it by taking the shipment charge. Usually cancelled orders paid for by credit card need to be refunded to the same credit card; you will need to contact them to provide the card details again as no credit card records are kept. The refund transaction is subject to a merchant processing fees so tell them about that you will pay that amount for your cancellation. It's still a weeks time and I think it would be done.If the support center doesn't responds, call the card company and settle the dispute claiming the transaction cancellation was not possible due to some errors.
