To "Dee" I’m a proud home owner here in Washington state and the Cronauer Law center did help me save my home from foreclosure in fact. They NEVER contacted me, I in fact was referred to them by a coworker here at the hospital I work at (Tacoma General) whom they helped as well and was taken through a 45min consultation and there was never a fee or cost spoken of at all. I sent them documentation they said they needed to do the preliminary work and approvals before they could except my case, which I felt was fair due to them being a network of Attorneys and clearly making sure they could have me be another successful case for them or the attorney that takes my case. They then contacted me a few days later and went over all my options as well best and worst case scenarios then they told me what the cost would be ($2700) to engage the lender based on the guide lines met and they broke up the retainer into 2 separate payments for me as well..But before I paid the fee they did send me recent B of A modification they had settled out for recent clients which was a GO for me and my family. I can say that the process was very stressful and took over 6 months and they needed paperwork each month, But they DID get me a Modification. Our original payment was $2372.50 and it’s now $1735.37!!! As well I was 6 Months behind and did not have to pay the $15,000+ I was behind on with Bank Of America. They not only saved my home but saved me $637 a month,$7645.45 a year going forward!! THEY ARE VERY WELL WORKING FOR HOME OWNERS OF AMERICA BUT DOING WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO! Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts Mr.Cronauer and all the staff at Cronauer Law Center. I feel very sad and disgusted for you and by you Dinece Carmichael Mortgage Restructuring Expert/Owner-Operator TRABUCO CANYON REALTY SPECIALISTS, LLC. That you feel you need to slander and post false statements when you personally have never dealt or hired Mr. Conauer or Cronauer Law Center. The audacity you have to try and lure people to your business as well try and urge other home owners to call YOU of all people when they are looking for help REALLY?! You clearly are not an attorney yourself nor are you a reputable person or company to have faith CLEARLY by what you have written and portray yourself to be. I can care less if they may or may not be following the FTC or whatever you said but the Government and Banks are the reason home owners are in this mess! It’s clear they would want to keep a Great attorney from saving people from the devastation of losing their homes. People like YOU and your Dinece and your “Trabuco Canyon realty Specialists, LLC” are in my opinion are what’s wrong with this country and it’s laws! I would encourage my family and friends or anyone for that matter to get help from Mr. Cronauer and the Cronauer Law Center before trying to wait and see or gamble with their bank in hopes of getting help….it will not happen unless you get “strong legal muscle “ involved and
