Don't fall for that stuff, Teresa. The normal foreclosure process and the process of evicting a homeowner who won't leave voluntarily may take 6 or 7 months if the lender is doing everything when they can. Most of the time, it takes longer because lender's drag their feet a bit etc. Also, in most cases, homeowners don't make the payments during this period, for obvious reasons.
If you live in California, it's illegal for anyone to accept any money upfront for the kind of service you're talking about.

Thanks Jim,the company universal relief advocacy organization, emailed me and said she will put me in a program for 695.00 a month to avoid foreclosure till i find a place. I checked the lawyers name { Mona Patel} and she been working for Secured Horizon Law Counsel and there are lots of complaints regarding health benefits.
