I have just signed up with legacy dept solutions, on line unfortunately, after signing, and reading more of what rates are going into their company I became concerned, I feel I was scammed on the whole thing, I have not sent them anything to dept my account, but because of giving my signature on their contract for the agreement am I stuck with paying them..

you are not stuck... just because you signed does not allow them to keep taking your money. let them know immediately!

If you have not been notified about the norms and condition of the contract in the form during the submission of the contract you are not struck and you need to immediately send a written notice for cancellation of your contract to the company.The written notice should be dated and have your signature.If you still face an issue you can take a legal help.
