Hi this is Mahendra. I have an account in Bank of America. After 4/5 day I checked my bank statement through login and found their are many overdraft transactions. I had enough money in my other checking account. They charged me 6 times 35 dollars overdraft fee. During opening an extra checking account one of the representative told me your account are set up for overdraft amount from one account to other. Its commonsense if I have balance in one of the account why I should do transaction through other account which has lesser balance. I tried to resolve this through phone banking but the supervisor was rude enough to tell me that we cannot presume common sense in our customers. They are extremely rude and arrogant. So my personal advice never open account in Bank of America. I am going to close my accounts tomorrow.
