Can anyone give me ONE name of a law firm that is HONEST and will help me legitimately re-modify and prevent foreclosure???? All I get is the run-around and I just need one name.I get so many different answers about the firm I'm working with now, that I'm not sure if they're being upfront with me.

There's a state and federal program that provides up to 100K of mortgage relief to qualified individuals. This program is administered by Springboard, a non profit credit counseling organization in Riverside. Here's their number: (888) 669-2227. They also do modification submissions, and they do it for nothing.

You can also try www.naca.com, this nonprofit organization they help you do a modification, but need to be patience. They do tours all around united states and can give you an answer in the same day since all the big banks go to their convention. They help 2 of my friends to do their MOD and at no charge. try it

Thank you Yesenia! I have been working with National Legal Source and they have been working great for me. They are getting all my documentation to try to postpone my auction, and if that doesn't work they are going to move on to litigation, which unfortunately is the only way these dishonest banks will pay attention. Thank you for taking the time to answer my post!! :) Have a great day.
