Has anyone heard of Resolution Services for loan modifications? They are located in Tarzana,CA.

They are scammers for sure!! Don't give them a dime, they will gladly take your money and tell you not to pay your mortgage while they negotiate with your lender. You could end up losing your home in foreclosure if you follow their advice. They will lie to you and string you along for months and months... I want to see each and everyone of these scumbags rot in prison. This included Phillip Newman, Susan Miller, Jason Capriotti, and Anna Schaffer.
