Kramer and Kazlow has received several serious complaints filed against them. Complainants allege unfulfilled contracts relating to loan modification and other foreclosure related services, misrepresentation concerning their ability to provide services, and inability to obtain refunds of fees paid in advance. Customers complain that retainer fees paid to the company were not earned. Complainants report the company failed to negotiate loan modifications, or otherwise resolve foreclosure issues, and failed to communicate with them on the status of their case. The company responds by disputing allegations of non-performance. They contend that their contract is based on hourly fees, or flat rates and not on performance. In some cases partial refunds are offered. One complaint is unresolved meaning the company failed to properly address the complaint allegations or their response was inadequate.

Kramer and Kaslow SHOULD be looked up here not at the BBB mafia website. Martendale-Hubble. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings system is based on the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary, including both those who are rated and those who are not. Martindale-Hubbell representatives conduct personal interviews to discuss lawyers under review with other members of the Bar. A compilation of these opinions from various sources is necessary to form a consensus, and lawyers under review are sometimes asked to provide professional references to assist with the process. In addition, confidential questionnaires are sent to lawyers and judges in the same geographic location and/or area of practice as the lawyer being rated. Members of the Bar are instructed to assess their colleague's legal ability and general ethical standards. If you seek the truth you will find it. 9 complaints out of over 4000 files completed; sounds like a good company to me. All the complaints but 1 is finalized to the clients satisfaction why are you even saying what you are saying Erin? Oh, I think the Corporal Rating as a BBB expert says it all. No. Kramer and Kaslow are NOT accredited members. They refuse to pay shakedown money. Open your eyes people the BBB is not what it used to be. The top 5 executives make 6 digit incomes, that would be fine if they were a for profit corporation but they are a non-profit organization. Who do they help now? Certainly not Kramer and Kaslow who have the highest rating with The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings system. Stop drinking the cool aide mr. and mrs. consumer/customer.
