I received a call telling me I owe timeshares by owner $3994.00. They said I agreed to pay this to advertise my property. I told them I do not recall this they said they have me on recording but refuse to allow me to hear it this conversation was supposed to take place 1 year and 3 months ago.. Is this a trustworthy company or a scam?

they ssaid that the ads will be on the intanet ,bill boards and in a magazine. I am still recieving calls when I called back it did not sound like a professional buisness thats why I am questioning it.
