Anyone else like their case manager more than their attorney!?

did anyone else like their case manager more than their attorney? Although i didn't really like my lawyer's attitude, he was a pitbull during my case. so i would just call my case manager any time i wanted to chat. and my lawyer, did the rest. let me know your thoughts on this. my case manager was noble.
