Dear Sir, It's a dream come true. People have been after me for years to go into business for myself as if I could just wave a magic wand and come up with the funds, not only to open, but to ensure stability through the initial 'gestation and birthing' period. Knowing the business is not enough. I had no idea what should go into a business plan, and kept throwing away draft after draft of documents that didn't work for me. Contracted with this company to write a business plan. Was promised 2-3 weeks. Didn't receive plan until 7th week when I started complaining. The plan still had serious errors when it was said to be complete. The owner refused a refund and is not answering e-mails at this time....Read More
