Thank God I was able to cancel the transaction before it came out...this company sent my husband a text..you can sell him the ocean and he would bite...after giving them our bank card number and agreeing to pay 699 bucks he printed out all this paperwork ...i looked this company up the BBB gave them an F..for good reason...the two phone numbers were disconnected..i finally found one that was sent in an email...the girls name on it no longer worked there...the day before the 699 was to come out m...Read More

These people contacted me about a loan modification. They told me that I was approved for the hamp program even though my lender Wells Fargo had already denied it. I went along and sent all my paper work in. I went along with them and paid the 850 dollars. Got rejected again. Supposedly I have a full money back guarantee but now they will not return my calls. Some Parker guy is supposed to call me back. Do not deal with these hooligans they will steel your money!...Read More

I got a text asking if I was interested in lowering my mortgage. I said yes. I then received a call and answered some questions about my situation. They said I qualified for a modification , and I had to pay about 900 dollars. I paid the money and received a list of every document I needed to provide. THIS COMPANY USES HAMP APPLICATIONS TO APPLY FOR LOAN MODIFICATIONS BUT THEY CHARGE A FEE!!APPLY THROUGH efanniemae.com and download a free HAMP application to send to your lender. YOU SHOULD NEVER BE CHARGED A FEE TO APPLY FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION. Do not trust the IGNORANT REVIEWS that people have left. I was paying 9% $2,437.98 now im paying 2% $1,238.25. THIS WORKS!!! Do not believe what people are saying. Bank of America refused my loan modification because Financial Services Center did not contact B O A before they sent the paper work. B O A doesn't work with a loan modification company. The person that has the loan has to contact B O A. Financial Services Center just faxed the paperwork that I sent them. They never contacted the bank like I was told on the phone. Financial Services was able to help me but they were expensive. I tried to go through my bank first but I got denied because I didn't meet the criteria. They put it together somehow to get me qualified. Dropped my payment $475 a month. I was able to get a 2.75%. Hope this helps....Read More

After receiving a text randomly about my current financial situation I randomly received a call asking if I needed help with lowering my payment. Being behind for more than a year and a half I of course said YES!We went over some information about my situation and about 2hrs later!!!, I received a call back when I was approved!
