My wife and I were looking to refinance for the second time in 3 years. We contacted 1st Choice Lending and started working with Carlos. He and Anthony answered all of our questions, they were available at almost any hour, and made our refinance as easy as possible. The First Choice Lending team was pleasant to work with and made the Refi loan process a lot smoother than we had expected to be. Excellent Service
I worked with this company way back 2009 and was very satisfied. In 2012, I've been receiving offer in the mail from other companies, and that's how I knew that there's a drop in interest rates again. Instead of replying to those mails, I specifically looked for 1st Choice Lending's phone number because I know that refinancing won't be a pain. Their service is great and fast. They do what they promised in a timely manner. I've been recommending this company to family and friends, and will continue to do so.

Professional, efficient, great rates and trust worthy
I have financed and refinanced several loans with 1st Choice Lending. I have had very positive experience with them.
1) their rates are always good, I always check around with couple brokers
2) professional service - very on top of things, efficient process even in this lender crazy enviornment and always follow-up

I GOT MY HOME!!!
I can't say thank you enough to Anthony Barcena and Heidi over at 1st Choice Lending. I was brought to them by a friend for good reasons. They knew I would be in good hands. As I was! From beginning to end, they walked me though every step. Even when we hit some hurtles, they helped me over all of them. Never was a phone call ignored or not returned. I felt like they worked for me. As it should be. Phone calls, e-mails and documents were all explained to me fully. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Anthony was always honest and said he would not put me into something that wasn't fair and right for me. AND HE DIDN'T! With a short sale (why it's called that is unbeknownst to me) we knew it was gonna be a long haul and Heidi and Anthony never gave up. I will recommend them to everyone I know and people I don't. They were and are the best. Thank you guys for all your professional help. You truly are the best at what you do.

1st Choice was my loan savior!!
I was working with another loan office for over a year trying to get my home loan. After yet another delay and being told that we would have to start the process over AGAIN I finally smartened up and asked around for another loan office. I was referred to 1st Choice Lending and Anthony Barcenas. Anthony and his team were amazing! They worked fast and smart and with their hard work I had my loan in a few short months.
