I can not put into words how pleased I am with the work just completed by ABLE on my dull drab kitchen. It is now a bright, shiny area of my house that I am delighted to show off. Able provided workers that did their job like a well oiled machine. On top of which they were all very courteous, and very knowledgeable in their line of work. A Simple Task Handled Simply Well
I recently hired Able Able Quality Services to repair a plumbing drainage leak in my home. All persons who responded were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Able's staff on site was really open to customers requests and ideas with immediate implemention
of these. Work was done with quality and accuracy to remedy the problems. Able was always ready to discuss items by phone or in person and answer questions. Clean up was good and follow up was timely.

My New Bathrooms
I really love my two newly remodeled bathrooms and get a real good and proud feeling when I admire the finished product. Each bathroom has its own distinct look and feel. Throughout the entire process, to all the ABLE employees who worked in my home, they

My new kitchen
I met with Able's salesman and explained what I wanted to do in my kitchen and he made some suggestions as well. His ideas were great and better than mine. I decided to go with Able based on my experience with him and the reviews I read. After the job
was completed....I have NO regrets. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and done top notch. Their supervisor, Dan followed the job from start to finish as he said he would. Did we have problems? Yes, but nothing that couldn't
be taken care of right away and correctly. I am glad I used Able Quality and would recommend them to all that ask.

A bathroom to show off !
Thanks to all of the staff at Able Quality for the great job re-modeling our bathroom shower area. Leslie was great in helping pick out fixtures, tiles and setting up the job. Juan Carlos does excellent work and his attention to detail is remarkable. He cleans up after the job and kept the dust to a minimum. I was impressed how they called back every time I had a question and did so in a timely fashion. Able Quality followed thru on every detail, and they were helpful with all of their suggestions. It was a great job and I will not hesitate to use Able Quality when it comes to do our second bathroom. I will recommend Able to any one that needs construction done.

More Than Just A Kitchen Fix
Some of my kitchen cabinets were falling apart and I didn't have a lot of money to spend. I contacted many companies for estimates and Able Quality Services was the most reasonable for what they were offering.
They came out and matched the good cabinets so they all still looked the same. They showed me part of the wall board behind a cabinet had damage that might get worse. Instead of just replacing the cabinet, they replaced the damaged wall board for the same cost.
Able Quality Services did a great job in a timely manner and I will use them again and tell my friends about them.

A masterfull master bathroom
Before hiring Able Quality Services, I met with many contractors and most of them gave me the run around or took weeks to give me the quote for my master bath remodel. When Leslie from Able Quality came out to look at the job, she was very professional and gave me a quote on the spot. Dan from Able Quality was also very professional and kept in touch with me during the entire process. When the guys started the work they were on time every day and were friendly and were able to explain the process and keep me posted on the progress during the entire project. If I had any complaints or when I wanted something changed they did it right away in a very professional matter. Now that the job is complete we love our master bath! The tile work is exceptional and the guys went above and beyond to make sure the final result was better than we expected!
I recommend Able Quality Services for their quality work and professionalism. And I would use them again for the next project because I know they will do the job right and exceed my expectations.

From worried to very happy !
Back in April I started the process of re-doing the guest bathroom. Leslie gave me very competent help in picking out the materials needed following my vague ideas on how I wanted the room to look. She guided me patiently and I thank her for that. Rich arrived with the demolishing crew and contractor and soon my house was a mass of crashing and banging and dust. Yes, large sheets of plastic were hung but nothing could contain all the mess. I peeked into what was left of the room and I knew I had made a serious mistake but since nothing remained but bare bones I had no choice but to let the workmen continue. Miraculously a lovely bathroom grew slowing out of the chaos and I have had many compliments from my friends on my good taste. I don't tell them it was not my doing.

The two of them save the day any day, even as we had a major set-back that was not their fault at all and then corrected in a bad way, Ronaldo and Anthony step up to the plate and go above and beyond to do the job to perfection.

Better than standard customer service
Customer Service and customer satisfaction are touted by many companies, but, when it comes down to really exhibiting these qualities few companies live up to their promise. This is definitely not the case with Able
Quality Services. I found an important aspect of the company was that all the very professional people that I encountered work directly for the company. There is no subcontracting. This certainly makes it much easier to
both schedule and coordinate the work. There is no waiting and wondering if (and when) the next person will be coming to complete their part of the project.
A few days after I made my final payment I noticed a flaw in the finish on my granite countertop. This was an inherent problem within the granite and not anything that was done during the fabrication I called the Project
Manager, Dan and his response was, "If you are not happy, we are not happy. We will make it right for you." Truthfully, I was prepared for a fight, as I have heard of others who had experiences with companies that tossed
them off or gave them a very hard time since they already had their money. Happily, this was not the case with Able Quality. Dan got in touch with Francisco, your expert, passionate and dedicated granite fabricator and had
him come to my home to try to correct the problem. After two attempts with no success both Francisco and Dan agreed to completely replace the flawed granite. This meant not only taking out two pieces of counter top
- but also disassembling my sink and faucet. Unfortunately this came at very poor time since it was a week before Passover and I was getting ready to start cooking for a Passover Seder to be attended by 20 people. It
would be extremely difficult to do all my food preparation using the bathroom sink! When I told the plumber of my situation he told me not to worry. He went back to his house and come back with one of his own personal
sinks and faucet which he hooked up for me to use temporarily. (I need to add that both plumbers who work for Able are great guys and very accommodating).
The service and quality of craftsmanship I received from Dan and his crew was exceptional, especially in view of the fact that I had already paid my bill. I highly recommend Able Quality Services and will definitely look
toward them when I am ready for my next project.

I would like to thank the crew of Able Quality Contracting for repairing my shower. I was a victim of a company that did a poor job in my shower, prior to me contracting their services. The previous company left the shower leaking into my downstairs neighbor. I contracted Able Quality to fix my mess. They came out, found and corrected the problem quickly. They did an excellent job in eliminating all of the problems. I am looking forward to having Able Quality Contracting on my next project.
