Don't Trust Amazon.com
I've placed orders at Amazon.com for years.
Recently, I ordered 2 items, both of which were over $25 each and qualified for the free shipping. I specifically chose the items for the free shipping.
I was charged $17 shipping for both.
I'm tired of companies like this saying one thing and doing something else, at my expense.

Great prices, Great customer service!!
I am so happy with Amazon. I have been able to make many purchases from their website at a low cost. I am a huge book nerd and have found some great deals on this site. Also, every customer service representative is very helpful and respectful. So happy with this Amazon!

Great prices.
I've been shopping with Amazon for years. Their prices are pretty decent and I hardly ever pay sales tax. It's very convenient to spend 10 minutes on the site and have everything shipped home. My wife loves it, too. She says they have a lot of her make-up at better prices. Definitely a great site to buy Blu-rays and electronics, too.

Amazing Customer Service
I have dealt with customer service with many different companies in my time, but none of them come close to Amazon. I was utterly impressed with their support. Polite, professional, very helpful, and overall outstanding. I really can't think of enough good things to say about them. I was never a shopper at Amazon, but after my first purchase when I had a problem their support person went out of his way to make everything right. I was impressed almost beyond words. In fact, it guaranteed I'll be a customer of Amazon for a long time.

I have been using Amazon for a while and they continue to expand their services. Just recently I was able to send textbooks, food, and clothes all in one package via amazon to my brother that is currently abroad. Sure the shipping was a little high but it was worth it because my brother couldn't get those things anywhere else!

1 extra Star for refunding atleast half of my money.
For the life of me I cant understand why they refuse to pull the OCZ SSD vertex 2 line off the site. They know perfectly well that this drive is failing left and right and has a 30% failure rate and 50% failure rate in most consumer machines. As months go by that number skyrockets as well.
Sure, they acknowledge fault, but im still out almost 100$, where is the fairness in that ?
I'm terribly disappointed in them.

Best place to buy anything, customer service is great, shipping and prices are great. Problems are always resolved quickly. This is a company that doesn't know how big it is, it could easily treat it's customers like crap, and we would still use them, but they don't. I order all my gifts from them. I have even ordered food from them and it came fresh, at times in cold wrapped packaging. If you took time to read a review about amazon, your probably new to computers, I'm not even sure why anybody would leave a review about them. I could have driven down to Wal-Mart to get something that I had instead ordered on Amazon.

I've been an amazon prime member since 2008 and we order as much as we can from amazon, rather than shopping at the big-box stores. Love them. Great company.

Amazon.com is the best and has the BEST deals!! Also because I'm a student I get 2 day shipping for free! Its a free Prime account, because I'm a student. Now thats a company that really cares about its customers!! I will shop with Amazon forever!! Don't hesitate to buy with these guys. I have ordered 25 plus times from them. All orders were perfect!

I have been ordering all of my office supplies and books from Amazon for at least a year now. Thanks to Amazon PRIME, the shipping is SUPER fast, and I've never had a problem.
I recently had to return a laptop case, and Amazon gave me a super speedy label for return shipping, and credited my account with no fuss!
Amazing company, really, I wish everyone could be like them.

I recently sent my first return to Amazon after discovering at the clock radio I ordered was completely defective! Amazon paid for the return shipping, and provided a pretty quick refund (took about two weeks to receive the credit). I'll definitely use them again!
