My wife and I are very pleased with American Executive Mortgage and the work done by Lisa Lewers. From the beginning Lisa and the company have kept their promise of helping us stay up to date on everything both from the case side to the bank side. They saved my life!
I can't even begin to express how grateful and satisfied I am with the help I received from American Executive Mortgage Group. I was losing my sanity trying to save my home and keep my family together. Not only are they professional, they are compassionate and made me feel like a human being. I never had to do anything but sit back and let them do what they do best. They took control and thanks to them, I have a new mortgage, my home is no longer in foreclosure, and we can move on and enjoy life again. I highly recommend them to anyone that feels like they are losing control and are in danger of losing their home. The fees are minimal compared to the late fees and the high mortgage payments that we couldn't make. Make the call, you won't regret it.

Don't think twice!
My husband and I fell behind in our mortgage after a prolonged illness and subsequent job loss. We contacted the mortgage company and worked out a modification plan. We were told that after the final modified payment in December 2011, our mortgage would be current. In January 2012, we got a phone call from the mortgage company stating that we needed to set up 3 more payments to be current. Unfortunately, the call came in just a few days after my father passed away rather suddenly. We were across the state with my mother, and did not have any of my banking information with us. We asked that the representative call back in a few days. We never heard back from them until we got a notice that our home was being foreclosed on. Frantically, we searched the Internet for help and came across AEMG. We were skeptical. We read the reviews, and decided to take a chance. WE ARE SO GLAD THAT WE DID!! The process was painless, and Lisa Lewers is AMAZING. She was very quick to answer our questions, and on my birthday, sent us an email that our mortgage company had agreed to work with us. DON'T THINK TWICE. GIVE AEMG A CHANCE!

AEMG came through for me!!
Chase Bank was not wanting or willing to help me, I did everything asked and it took 6 months to get declined for a mod. AEMG helped me with the filing process and phone calls, it took only 4 months for AEMG to get the approval. They all are wonderful, pleasant people. I appreciate everything they have done. I would recommend this company to help with your mods and re-fi's.

this is one great company!!!!!!!7 months behind on bank of america loan, payment 2,200 a month. Lisa saved our home and my health also new payments 1,200 a month and did not have to come up with any back payments. i went through the whole process myself it took one year and got denied. hired aemg and it took 7 months but what a deal!!!!!!

Miracle
Thank you to the entire team at Ameican Executive! They were always there for me though out the process when I needed help . Exspecially Dianna and Lisa I cant thank the two of them enough .I was almost a year behind on my mortgage payments and feeling like was no hope at all. American Executive took me through the application process and showed me a solid plan on how to get my loan current .I must admit I was a bit sceptical at first but Dianna kept assuring me all would work out in the end . My lender kept telling me me my only options were to short sale my house . I certainly did not want to leave my home. American Executive saved my house and reduced my payments. I am now in a payment plan that is affordable . 5 Stars Easy..Thank you American Executive!

GREAT COMPANY
I would recommend this company . They did everything for me that they said they would do and I am eternally grateful. I had been struggling to make my monthly mortgage and payments applied for help with my bank but found the process to be difficult . I was a challenge just to get my bank to answer my phone calls with the endless prompts . If I did manage to finally break through all the red tape and actually speak to someone I kept getting conflicting information making me feel at my wits end. . A friend of mine recommended American Executive Mortgage. I gave them a call and from the beginning to the end I found their professionalism and knowledge of the industry comforting to say the least . I was updated on a regular basis and any issues or letters I got from my bank were dealt with promptly handled effectively . American Executive obtained a payment for me that is 600 dollars lower than the one I had before and my rate was lowered. To all involved at American Executive Mortgage Thank you for your help during this process it is greatly appreciated.

Thank you American Executive ! Very profesonal staff that was always there to help me with all of my questions and I did have plenty of questions while in process. Before I met American Executive I was working with Bank of America directly for almost one year . I did all the things they asked ...sent all the required paper work however Bank of America would consistanly say that they hadnt received this or have me re send that .This happened on so many occasions. It almost seemed like bussines as usual for Bank of America to loose anything I sent to them. All the while I was consistanly told by Bank of America about all these programs that would reduce my payment and get me current. A little over a year later Bank of America sent me a letter saying I was denied .They said it was due to too many exspenses. Well no kidding my exspenses are many and a hardship on me thats why I was having problems and in the first place ! All this time and energy wasted I was feeling frustrated to say the least. By this time I knew I was in over my head and I remembered that I had called and spoken with one of the reps at American Executive just to wiegh my options . I remember at that time they advised me I may have trouble with what they called the ratios .They gave me all kinds of really good advice even at that time and said if I ran into trouble on my own to give them a call.Thank goodness I still had thier number ! Once American Executive went to bat for me things started to happen . The staff at American Executive got it done for me in 3 months . My loan was over sixty thousand dollars behind and brought current . I am now saving over four hundred dollars a month . My rate was reduced from 7.75 to 3.25 . I want thank the entire staff at American Executive Mortgage Group but a special and many many thanks to Dianna and Michael. I would absolutley recommened this company. 5 Stars.

Did not help me at all
I contacted AE hoping that they could help me and my husband prevent my home from being foreclosed on. I had already been paying the bank huge amounts of money to try "trial" modifications only to be told to try again with a larger amount because the other one hadn't been approved. I paid AE $1500 to try and work out a deal to keep my home as the whole reason I had gotten behind was that I had lost my job. Now that I had a job again, I just wanted to be able to work out a deal to keep my home. At first AE was nice and told me not to worry, until we started getting letters from the Attorney telling us our home would be sold in 3 weeks. We had trouble getting information on what had been done out of AE. Checking the website sucks if you are facing foreclosure. AE told us the bank would not work with them. We lost our home and 1500 dollars. No one ever offered to repay the money we paid to try and get our home back.
Communication could have been better - when facing a foreclosure communication and speed are key. We never saw any of that. They also should have refunded our money because they couldn't do the job they said they could do. Very disappointed and upset that I lost my home.

Loan Modification!
AEM helped me and my wife to modify our mortgage and help us save our home! We worked with Jim McClung and then with Corey Jordan which was great and first class all the way both were very professional and up front and honest! I would give this company 5 out of 5 stars! I would highly recommend this company for anyone and everyone who needs help with your mortgage who is needing help with a loan modification! Last this company helped me receive an interest rate locked in as a fixed rate of 4% which was at 5.5% and our new payment was reduced $50.00 less! Thank you AEM for everything!!!

The loan modification process is daunting. I tried for one full year to do it on my own and I can't tell you how many sleepless nights I had during that time. I finally got fed up. I had previously spoken with American Executive Mortgage and had done all the research so that I was comfortable calling them. From the beginning to the end,they were kind and helpful, never making me feel as if I were a nuisance. Because of American Executive's persistence and fortitude, I received my papers signed by the mortgage company TODAY. It's finished.....a done deal. I absolutely could not have done this without them. I can't thank them enough for their hard work helping me keep my home.
