I purchased a cordless drill battery for my husbands power tool. All information on their site shows that this should be an equivalent battery. When I got it, it looked like the original but it was not and did not fit correctly in his power tool. I called to get this sorted, and although they were nice enough about it I was told that since all information from the manufacturer shows that the battery should work, I would have to pay for the battery to be returned and also I would be refunded solely for the amount of the battery- my original ship charges would not be returned but as a gesture, they would not charge me a restock fee. ??? So basically I would be at a loss of over $25 (my original express ship fees and what it will cost me to return it). I decided NOT to return the battery since Id be out $25 just to get back $25. I ended up going to the Depot and buying a brand new tool for a bit over the cost of what I paid for the battery. In total... I could have just done that first and not have had to be out any money. Buyer beware- read the fine print!!! Apparently thier return policy is open to thier interpretation.

I ordered 2 new batteries for my old Sony handicam cameras, I couldnt find them anywhere else as they were getting to the antique stage. The 2 batt's came within 2 days, shipping was free, and these batt's have been charged and recharged a hundred times or more - they are excellent batteries. I'm still using one old sony handicam video camera and these batteries are GREAT.
However! On reading some of these other reviews, I wonder if the company isn't slipping a little on customer service lately? I need to order a laptop battery, and even though I can get it $20 cheaper at another online store, I've come to trust AtBatt, and the other store has only been in business for a few months - hmmm.
I will order from AtBatt but I'll certainly come back to this review if something goes wrong, because I'm just a little leary of ordering now. As Arnold would say.. "I'll be back!" Wish me luck!

I ordered a specific brand name battery for my home alarm. Instead of sending what I ordered, the company to it upon themselves to send a substitue without contacting me first. When I called to say I'd received the wrong battery and would like a full refund, they said thay would still charge me the re-stocking fee for the battery I sent back. The reason they gave is that although they sent a different brand of battery, the battery they sent was comparable and I could have still used it. I will never shop with them again and I will continue to warn others about the poor customer service practices this company displays.

Buyer beware! When I purchased my laptop battery, I was promised free shipping. The battery I received was not chargeable, wouldn't work. I did not want a replacement from a company who sent me a bad battery to begin with, so I requested a refund. I had to pay MY shipping cost, plus THEIR shipping cost incurred when it was sent to me (supposedly free!) If shipping is "free", I should not have been charged their portion for return shipping of a defective item. Would never do business again.

I ordered a Dell battery for $89 that cost $300 on Dell's site. It arrived very quickly even with free shipping! I had it shipped to me at my university and since the shipping address was different from my billing address, they called me to confirm the right shipping address. A great company. I've had an excellent experience and will definitely order from them again.

After searching locally for an adapter for my daughters (dell) laptop, with no luck at all. And not wanting to order direct from the manufacturer. I Ordered from AtBatt.com for less then half the price had I ordered it from the manufacturer. I recieved my order the following day (and that was regular ground delivery!)
Before ordering, I did a little research because I had been ripped off by on line orders in the past. When I called the number for the company on the website, I was able to actually talk to a real live human! That in itself sold me. Then when my package arrived the following day, I had to write a review. I am very happy with AtBatt.com online company. I have already recomended it to several friends, including my boss.
