Easy to Deal With
I recently made a purchase from Vince at Birch using funds from my IRA. I found Vince to be very easy to deal with. I am an experienced investor and I did not need a lot of hand holding. I pretty much knew what I wanted and I wanted someone who could get
it done without a whole lot of hassle. Kudos to Vince and the support staff at Birch. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole transaction experience.

Satisfied client
During the time I purchased metals from Birch I was treated with courtesy and respect. The staff is professional and they go out of their way to help. They helped me move my IRA and put some gold and silver in the account. Sarah was wonderful to deal with
and always took my calls. Their prices are competitive, but its their customer service that separates them from the rest. They aren't the first metals company I have dealt with but I have a feeling they will be the last. Keep up the good work.

Superb Experience
I dont often take the time to comment on a company when I like doing business with them but I thought I would this time. Phil spent a good hour speaking with me about current events and physical gold. I owned gold shares through my brokerage firm and was
thinking about getting into gold ETFs. Before I did that I did a bit of research and what I found scared me. Phil spent a lot of time with me on the phone and had a lot of good information. After verifying what he told me through other sources I called him
back and put in the order. I received my metals within the week and all was what it should have been. Once in a while when you come across a company that does things the right way you just have to leave a note and let you know that it is appreciated.

Great Service
I am probably not alone when I say that I had a bad experience in talking to a couple of gold and silver dealers over the past few years. I decided to put that aside and give these guys a shot since I had read some good things about them. I was not disappointed,
these guys deliver on what they say and what they had to say was very good. I spoke with a gentleman named David, he was full of information but had a gentle way about him. Not pushy, not overbearing, just there to help it seemed. Maybe these guys dont work
on commission or something because every other company I talked to put so much pressure to buy you'd think they were gonna starve if I didnt buy from them, which I didnt. Never had that feeling with David, he was straight with me the entire time and the transaction
went through perfectly. I recommend them and I will be buying again from these folks.

Birch Review
After seeing one of Birch's advertisements I contacted them and spoke with David. After a long talk I felt comfortable enough to move my 401k into a self directed IRA and purchase an equal amount of gold and silver. David was not pushy and had a good amount
of information. After that I dealt with Sarah who was in charge of making the transfer to the self directed IRA. I have no complaints at all with the way I was treated. I know I can be difficult but Sarah and David were patient and pleasant at all times. I
am having my wife start the same process with them. I like this company and the people who work there.

Appreciation for excellent service
I had a very good experience with Birch Gold. My adviser was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I spoke with him while I was at work and he respected my time and did not use a ‘sales pitch’. I had had a terrible experience with another precious metals

Prompt Service, Personal Attention

I wish I had found Birch Gold sooner
I am very happy with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff at Birch Gold Group. Over the past few years I have been watching my IRA lose value year over year and I finally decided I had to take control back from my stockbroker and do something I knew in my heart was the right thing to do. I was a bit nervous venturing out on my own at first, however the people at Birch Gold Group were very informative and helpful, they made me feel very comfortable during the process of taking control of my IRA. I called Birch Gold Group just after the new year and have already finished rolling over my 401k in to gold and some silver. They were all very helpful and worked quickly to get me set. Being new to investing in gold I was grateful to find people with the time and patience to answer all of my questions. I would like to thank Vince and Sarah for helping me put gold coins into my IRA. I completed the transaction about 2 weeks ago and was very happy with how it proceeded. From my first phone call with Vince I appreciated the fact that he was not pushy or ‘salesy’ and seemed like he really was there to help me.
