Buying online is risky, but truth to be told, I’ve never felt so secure purchasing on the internet before. The customer service representatives are really one of a kind; it was a fantastic experience calling them to check the procedure and ensure the shoes were in stock. The shoe was a complete bargain, and the shipping not only was free, but arrived 2 days after I bought the shoes. This company not only has a great selection of old and new models, but ensures customer’s satisfaction! I will be back, most definitely.

I had to exchange the shoes for half a size up, and I have to say, the advertising does justice to the store. BuyAndWalk is all about the customer, and it shows. It’s hassle free, cheap and fast. The best combination for an online store! I already recommended the store to my basketball team!

Had to return the shoes (which were in perfect condition), and BuyAndWalk.com was extremely courteous about my return. They sent a pre-paid return label to my e-mail address. After returning them I got a full refund. Excellent service, will shop here again. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I have bought shoes from them before and had been happy with their service and perks. I recently bought a pair of running shoes and when I put them on originally, they felt ok. I went to the gym and couldn't get them off fast enough, they were so uncomfortable and painful. I wore them for less than an hour. I tried to return them (or even just exchange them for a different pair), but since they were already worn, they wouldn't take them back. Their customer service was pretty bad when I tried to talk with them about exchanging them. They were very unhelpful and not willing to budge on their policy at all. I understand their policy, however, there are plenty of other sites that are willing to work with you under extenuating circumstances. I will never buy anything from this site again.

I’m sorry to hear you are not happy with the customer service you experienced.
However I would like to point that the return didn’t go through because the shoes were heavily worn. We are extremely flexible with the return policy and it’s OK to try the shoes on and use them to see whether they fit.
During the 2011 we processed many returns and exchanges and so far we have declined only 2 returns because the conditions on which the shoes were returned back to us.
We do appreciate you as a valued client and hope you can understand the circumstances under your return was denied.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes and got them the very next day with free shipping.
Before placing the order I call the toll free number and the customer service rep was extremely kind and helpful.

I had the best shopping experience ever with BuyAndWalk.com.
Everything started just perfect when I received my shoes 2 days after buying them (they give free shipping on every order).
They sent the right size, but after I tried them on, they didn't fit.
I contact their customer service and in a few seconds they sent me an e-mail with the return label. I just printed the label and returned the shoes for free!
When they got the shoes back from me, they automatically issued a refund on my credit card.
After this great experience I realized they are a strong and solid company with very customer service oriented, and I didn't hesitate to buy the same shoes in a size 11 (I previously bought a size 10).
This time they feet :)
Now I have the shoes I was looking for and I also find out the best spot to buy shoes online.
