casablanca express is a good company to book your travel with. Some packages come with a vacation event but you get a visa card with money on it just for going to the event! Plus you get a free bonus vacation

Casablanca Express / Las Vegas Vacations
The sales pitch and offering were excellent. For $199, receive 3 nights 4 days at Vegas Rivera. Included with the package is $300 'bite' dinning card (do not know effectiveness/usefulness), $100 discover debit card if attend '90 minute' breakfast/lunch/dinner
presentation. Have 18 months to reserve / utilized the trip for a Sun-Thurs dates, if Fri or Sat are desired, a $30 per night premium is to be charged. Sales person, Mark Stevens was very clear, not pressured and explained each option and answered all questions
to my satisfaction. I requested a validation phone number and was provided a 800 number to call to talk to another agent to validate the operation. I was satisfied with the offer and purchased the package. Will reserve dates for spring 2014 for Vegas and upon
arrival, will reserve Maui for Fall 2014. Upon arrival, to also receive 3 night 4 days at another Starwood property (Maui is our planned destination). Will update this review upon check in and contact with Casablanca Express over the next 12 months

Horrible Company dont use them there are plenty more out there
This company has the worst customer service do not use them. I called and spoke to someone who couldn't help me which is fine he transferred me to apparently his very very unprofessional manager Julio who is the director of the company and he doesn't have a manager? Ya I don't think so, and if he is it shows how horrible the company really is if the director of operations would talk to a customer the way he did. He was so rude and when I told him he should work on his customer service he laughed and said that's cute? There are many many more travel agencies I wouldn't waist your time with this one.

Casablanca Express review
Casablanca Express has joined other companies utilizing the misleading practice of issuing certificates that 1) have short expiration dates 2) count on customers not being able to book on preferred days and 3) charge exorbitant upgrade and extension fees.
These practices aren't disclosed when you get the initial sales pitch over the phone.
In my case, I extended my certificate for an extra $35 on top of the initial $100, only to be told that to extend it again would cost an additional $130 (with surcharges) to get the nights I wanted. That's $260 for two nights at a hotel (The Riviera) only charges $60/night.
You would be wise to stay away from this company's offers.

Rip off!
We sat through a timeshare for silverleaf in Texas. We got a Vegas trip said to pay 100 dollars for taxes no problem. Then got a call about a month before trip saying we should up grade. Cause they had us on sucky flights and a hotel 17 miles from strip. I told her no and wanted my money back. 3 weeks later no check they call my husband and try to talk him into the upgrade told us we must be to poor. The she told him to take his buddy if I did not want to. She was rude and hateful. Hopefully our check is in the mail now.. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY,RUDE AND HATEFULL PEOPLE!

Free trip to Vegas...
I recently attended a very BORING 90 minute presentation at Silverleaf Piney Shore in Conroe, TX. I was given a $40 Visa gift card that filled my car with gas (THUMBS UP) =) but I also for a certificate for a free trip round trip to Vegas. It says its for 3 days 2 nights with $100.00 deposit that covers fees and taxes. Im not sure what to do? Is this true? WHATS THE CATCH? Help!!

Casablanca always called us, got our input, and then did everything!
We thought this package was going to be a disappointment like some of the other packages we had received in the past from other companies. Boy, were we wrong! The reservation process was so easy- actually we had to do very little. Casablanca always called us, got our input, and then did everything! My husband and I had not been on a fun trip by ourselves in many years, so we went to Universal Studios in Orlando.

wonderful and extremely polite
I enjoyed my stay in Las Vegas last year and can not wait to go back. The procedure was pretty simple and self explanatory. The only thing that I did not like is that we were not informed it would be extra to check-in early in the room. This should've been explained initially. Other than that, the folks at Circus Circus were wonderful and extremely polite.

WHAT BS
Bought a car with a free Vegas Trip, sent them the $100, waited, heard from them about our late PM departure and our early AM return times. Waited for them to call as the letter said to confirm flight times only to reciedve a letter saying they can't reach us. Call with not answer, finally get through and spend 30 min on hold to hear their BS about no transportaion from the airport to the hotel 14 miles off the strip. Then the upgrade BS starts with a great deal on the strip for $600. SEND ME MY DEPOSIT. called the dealership that sold me the car to express my disapointment and will wait the 2-3 weeks for my $100 back. This started back in June. Anyone know a good deal for a vegas trip from Duluth MN?

My "big win"
I "won" a trip after looking at a time share. The property chose Casablanca Express to handle my travel plans.
The original trip was to be 2 nights in Las Vegas, including airfare. I was required to deposit $100 for taxes and fees, no problem. Two months before my planned travel, a representative called to explain that I would be staying either at the airport or in the outskirts,1/2 hour ride from the strip. I was then given a choice to upgrade to the strip in Vegas for a little over $600, or since I live on the east coast, drive myself to Atlantic City for a 2 night VIP package at a hotel there and a $100 dining certificate. I chose the latter, thinking it would provide me more time to enjoy my vacation.
My VIP package included a basic room at a hotel with few of its amenities available due to the construction-- no hot tubs, no shows, no pool, no coffee shops, and one bar open. The casino floor was half closed due to the construction as well. Nightly rates for the dates of my stay were advertised online at $39 per night,yet I received no refund of my $100 "tax" deposit.
The $100 gift certificate for restaurants.com is nice, but I will have to use it at home. Of the thousands of restaurants in AC only one was offering through this site, and it was closed for renovations.
As much as one can't complain about a "free" trip, I can confidently say that I won't be using Casablanca Express for future travel.

Pretty decent
Yes it seems a bit fishy to buy a "promotional" package over the phone, but the trip is free practically if you pay the "reservation" fee. So i decided i'd give it a go, whats 90 minutes of my time if it means staying in a nice hotel on the cheap. Get to Vegas.. Hotel is pretty nice. It's on the strip like they say just to the Northern side. Dates aren't hard to schedule unless you're trying to schedule too far in advance or not far enough in advance. Pretty reasonable to me. $100 discover card and restaurant cards that if used save a lot of money. Sure, it could be better. But it's really not a bad value at all. I had a good time just had a few drinks before the "travel group" meeting... Which yeah, is a timeshare basically even though the sales rep on the phone assured me it wasn't but it was not high pressured at all, so I really didn't mind. My husband is a bit harder to please than I am and he left satisfied and happy as well. I'm gonna say it's well worth it even though the sales pitch was misleading about the alleged tour you're taking. But what sales pitch isn't? Overall, good value. Will definitely travel with Casablanca again.

Rang to book - told full up. Told them what a load of rip off merchants they were & put phone down so that they had no chance to try and sell me an upgrade.
The good reviews are no doubt posted by Casablanca Express.

Vacation Trip
This is a coment regarding our trip to Big Bear through Casablanca on April 6th through April 9th this year.
The Northwoods Resort was just awesome! If it hadn't been for our spectacular representative and her very knowledgable input, we wouldn't have known about it !!!
We hadn't seen snow in a very long time and just as we ascended the mountain, a beautiful, soft snow began to fall. We really had such a good time !!! Please let me know if you should need any further input from us.

After reading bunch of reviews about nice people at Casablanca I found no story sounded funnier than mine. And what is that story about sir? Oh my story is about how Casablanca people tried their best to make their customers happy and offered us an incredible dial. Can you please be more specific sir? Ok please be seated. We went for Casablanca presentation twice in 3 months of approximately 4 hours long total. Why twice? Well because we could not redeem our first FREE GIFT. After some ordeals with booking our trip we were told straight forward that trip to Mexico will not be possible because it depends on market availability, inventory or something like this. Although we tried to book our trip five or six months ahead. But Casablanca was very nice to us and couple months later gave us a second chance and a second FREE GIFT if we attend another presentation of course. This time we changed our vacation appetite and picked up Lass Vegas. The Casablanca rep confirmed that this dial is look more realistic. To make a long story short Casablanca rep told us that we can pick any flight we want any days and any nights we want but we’ll have to buy our own flight tickets, no this was not a joke and this is on top what we have already paid Casablanca $195 they still keep my money for more that 3 months. It is a SCAM and so far come how they managed to get away with it. I am 100% sure I am going get my money back. If I am not going to get my money back within this week then I am going make my voice herd.
