MODIFICATION
Terrible - paid $1500 and told them everything i had been through with my mortgage company and trying to get a modification. Promised me i was a very good candidate and would be no problem getting a modification. Well unfortunately they got their money and the only time i heard from them was when i called or emailed them. Never found anything up until the last 5 days before the action of my home. Then these people tried to blame me for not telling them about my issues with my mortgage company. Extremely rude and they could care less because again the got their $1500.00 - When they can't do anything they will blame the client and I would recommond that NO ONE USE THESE PEOPLE OR ANYONE WHO WANTS MONEY UP FRONT,

Cauldwell Trust LLC is the only loan modification company that offers a money back guarantee. I have spoken to lots of so called attorney's that have tons of complaints against them and do nothing but take your money. I truly feel blessed to have found such a great company. I was very sceptical because I was scammed for 2500 dollars by an attorney in california that never called me back and told me they were going to get me a 2% interest rate. My Bank was Litton loans then was sold to Ocwen mortgage and I had a sales date in on November 1st and had tried working with my bank for over a year. I did not trust anybody anymore but was scared of losing my home so I gave them a chance. They stopped my sales date and got a great modification approved! I now have a 2.25% interest rate and a second chance. You saved my family. Thank You so much cauldwell trust

I just had to say thank you to everyone who helped me at cauldwell trust. I never thought they would be able to help us after how much we tried and failed on our own. They saved our home for us.We owed a lot in arrears which got put back on our loan and our interest rate was adjusted lower which gives us a monthly payment we can now afford. We just couldn't get it done on our own. So thank you guys for all you did, we're in your debt.You really are good at what you do.

I recommend this company with 5 stars! They saved my home. I was told by my mortgage company that I was pre approved for my modification. After working with my lender for over a year, they sent me a letter stating I was denied. Along with my denial letter was a sale date. Cauldwell Trust postponed my sale date and got me a payment that I can afford. Thank you for helping my family save our home.

Simply the best! my husband and I like many others in this economy are very hard working folks that have been struggling in this economy to say the least.Our lender has been a nightmare and has denied our modification because they claim they never received documents that I faxed to them many times. I have spoken with several attorney's and loan modification company's, of which I did not feel comfortable entrusting with my home. the attorney's all wanted very high fee's and several modification company's were just a bunch of low life scammers that quoted me a 2% mortgage, yeah rite! upon speaking with Cauldwell Trust, I have finally found a company that is very professional and knowledgable. They have been great in communicating with me and my husband, we truly feel blessed to find such a professional company. Keep up the great work guys!!!
