I received my engagement ring (item# 7909) today in the mail and im so beside myself!! The ring is GORGEOUS!!!I cant believe that its CZ''s! No one would ever guess that it was anything other than genuine diamonds. Im totally in love with my ring and cant wait to receive my customized bands to complete my wedding set. Beyond thrilled
Ophelia has done two wedding sets for me and a set for my friends. She turns my dreams into reality. She really makes sure she understands what you wants and walks you through the whole process. I and my friends have gotten so many compliments on our rings.

nice wedding ring set
I just received my cz ring and it was beautiful. I have a true 1 1/2 carat diamond for my 25th anniversary and this one is just as nice.I spoke to Ophelia several times and she was lovely to work with. I have been in customer service myself and she is a true professional. Would highly recommend Chic Jewelry and I will be ordering again.

It arrived last Friday, thank you again for waiving the signature required - I was actually at home when it arrived so it worked out perfect. The ring is just beautiful and I am very pleased. Here is my story- My son wanted a beautiful ring for his fiance, however he is a poor college student right now. I called Ophelia, we found the most beautiful ring and when I got it , I could not believe my eyes. I have a lot of jewelry and this ring was absolutely beautiful!!!
Then after my son and his now wife got married, they took it to a jeweler in their town and he told them that the ring I paid for (secret) LOL! was one of the most flawless DIAMONDS he had seen in A while!!! I just got my ring!!! I have to tell you that you have made my day! I was scared to order a cubic zirconia ring and you have made me a believer. I just sold my 3 carat yellow diamond wedding ring so that we would have the extra money for fertility treatments to have our first baby. I knew I still wanted an amazing ring and I love the one you made for me even more than mine that was all diamonds!!! Thank you for your time and for the advice I had been given about designing it etc. Everyone should buy your rings. To spend so much on actual diamonds that are not an investment is crazy when I feel that your rings are the same quality and your customer service is amazing. I will never buy real diamonds again!! I don’t buy engagement rings very often, and in fact the last one I bought was in 1965. Buying online was something I really never would have considered, except that having discovered your website, I was curious. It said that if I had a picture of what I wanted, you could make it. Oh sure. There had to be a catch, but even if there weren’t, was I really willing to risk such an important decision with such delicate aesthetic judgments based on long-distance communications with a company 1,500 miles away?
So I called, and you were the on I talked with. You took the time to explain the process, and suggested that I send a picture so you could give me an estimate of time and cost. I sent it, and 2 days later you were back, by email and by telephone. The stones that I wanted and their configuration in the setting were different from the picture that I had sent, but no problem said you--- give you a week, you’d make a mold and send me a picture. And you did, right on schedule. The mold was slightly different from my picture because the stones I had chosen forced some modifications in the setting, and I was impressed with your patience as well as your obvious knowledge in discussing the available alternatives. No problem, you redid the mold. But looking at a picture of a mold is of course very different from looking at a picture of a finished ring. Again I was impressed not only that you clearly were aware of those differences, but also that you were willing and able to articulate them to me over the telephone.
I took a risk, no doubt about it. A calculated risk, but a risk nevertheless. And I took that risk because at each step of the process there simply were no red flags, only green ones. I received the ring today, right on schedule by the way, and no time too soon, because I have made reservations to take my significant other to Paris next week, where she has never been, there to visit the Eiffel Tower, and, unbeknownst to her, to return, if she accepts, as fiancées. The ring is truly magnificent, so finely sculptured and polished and finished, so much more impressive that I originally envisioned.
I am writing this letter so that others who are healthily skeptical can benefit from my experience with you and your company. To all of them, and to you, I say thank goodness you’re there, with your professionalism, integrity, craftsmanship, and through knowledge of this industry--- you’re a better of fresh air. Yes, thank you sincerely.

I requested a custom made ring which took about 3 weeks to create. The ring came and two stones were not set correctly. The band was also crooked, which might be contributing to the mis-setting of the stones. I returned it and they reset the two stones, but did not fix the band. About two months later, one stone fell out of the band. I returned it and they replaced the stone, free of charge. However, two months after that, another stone fell out of the band, and I had to send it back again. Once I received it back, it took about five months and two more stones fell out of the band. This time I sent it back with a letter mentioning the two times prior I had had to have them repair my ring. There was no response to my letter and they also made me pay $30 for a setting and shipping fee- $10 for setting and $20 for shipping. I am quite dissatisfied with this company- the quality of my ring is barely acceptable. I'm not a jeweler but I can definitely tell that this ring has not been made correctly because of the malformations in the band. I would not recommend this jeweler if you are looking for a quality piece of jewelry.

Your advice and patience in helping me decide on my ring is so appreciated.
It is so exceptional; truly more than I expected. I've never gotten blue fire from my diamond before and I never dreamed I'd get blues AND purples with my CZ, yet I do.
Platinum is incredible and I'm so glad for your input on this aspect of the ring. I'm even excited to see the patina that will eventually come; to me patina is a slight change that is 'earned'...just like a good relationship that gets better with time.
Bezel settings, I can already see, will be a lifetime favorite for me. The security of the bezel is definitely a relief, but the look is so surprising; simple and elegant yet at the same time exquisite. I suspect it will be like the proverbial 'little black dress' and never really go out of style.
I have received several compliments on it already; one in particular when Duane was with me at an expensive store (which incidentally sells diamonds). The lady at the register just fawned over it and told me how fortunate I am. I smiled and said, "Yes, I am definitely loved and I do believe I'm quite spoiled too." Duane smiled and I could see his worry "over getting something that's not real" finally starting to dwindle.
I'd told him before that I could care less how much it cost and that it is a real and exceptional CZ set in real platinum. Knowing he didn’t put himself in a tough financial spot was really important to me, besides it’s from him and it couldn’t be more real to me. After the lady’s response to my ring; I think he finally believes me.
Am I thrilled? Oh yes! I will enjoy and treasure it indefinitely.

I would like to take a moment and thank every member of this company, who make the shopping experience soooo pleasant. Their customers service is outstanding, which is pretty rare these days, especially over the internet.
I am a repeat customer and I am truly happy with my every purchase. The quality of the jewelry is top notch.One more think.....they won't make you wait 2-3 weeks for an item to arrive, even if they have to custom make the piece from scratch. Very punctual.
