My Cool Tech experience is a 5 star experience from the start. Mr. Les, is very professional and knows HVAC business to the finest detail. He and his staff are very professional and easy to communicate with. Mr. Les, gave me a quote and couple of days later he delivered and installed my new AC UNIT. I am very happy with his work. I got at least 6 quotes from others, the reason I went with Cool Tech is because Mr. Les made all the difference in the world.

Cool TECH, you Stink!
We have attempted to get Cool Tech to service our ac unit for the last 15 days. Once we established a date AND they actually showed up, they discovered they didn't have the correct part to fix the issue. They said they would follow up however no one did.
After several attempts to contact them, they finally FINALLY answered their phone to make arrangements to service the unit today... well, guess who never showed up! If I could give you zero stars, I would! ANSWER YOUR DARN PHONE!!!

I had cool tech install a new heat/ac unit on 2-4-2013 bruce the guy who came out told me he would put in a 10 yrs warranty parts and labor units he lied the book says its only 5yrs , also the company never finished the job due to cold weather for the
ac unit, I had 3 appts for them to come out never showed up , i seen alot of reviews saying how great but on yelp you will see all the bad ones, stay away from this company you can't get them back out if your a home owner.big rip offs

Les was so great! I called Cool Tech thursday night and spoke to Les Mitchell directly. I explained the issue we were having with our Air/Heat Unit and Cool Tech came out the very next morning to diagnose the problem (only charging 39$), they found the issue, had the part on monday and took less than 30min to have our unit working like new again! He always answered my calls and was at my house between the times that were given to me. Very nice, reliable and all around a great experiance with Cool Tech. Thank you so much for getting here fast and having such an AWSOME price for all the work you got done for us! Having our Air working again so fast is great and my husband and I will be recommending Cool Tech to all of our friends and family in the area! Thanks Again, The Rogers Family

Another contractor had just come in and taken my money without solving the problem. Les came right away, identified the real problem, and fixed it. That same day the A/C was working better than it ever had in the two years we've lived here.
