I first came to Home Loan Enterprise when a close friend of mine refinanced her house through Jimmy Trinh. She referred me to Jimmy and stated that the process was stream-less and he was honest to his word. Not only did Home Loan Enterprise commit to giving great service but Jimmy's superb customer attention and knowledge always made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I was very skeptical in refinancing and had never refinanced ever before in the 6 years I live at my residence, but Jimmy walked me through every step of the way with detailed explanation of costs, rates and my scenario. My rate and fees were the lowest I've ever seen and not only that I had an ABSOLUTELY "No Closing Cost" scenario. One of the best if not the best companies to work with in regards to financing your home. Way to go Jimmy and Home Loan Enterprise. Home loan enterprise review
Just finished my refinance with Home Loan Enterprise. Loved that I could go on the website and see the GFE upfront before I had to fill out paperwork. Once I saw that I could get a great rate with a low fee I contacted Huber to find out what they needed
to do the loan. Although the paperwork was intense and covered everything a loan company could ask for, working with Huber and Rachel was a pleasure. They answered all my questions and were always very pleasant to speak with. It seemed Rachel was always available
to answer any of my questions and I had a few. Once I completed all the paperwork requested I never had to come up with anything else. They are quite thorough with getting all the information that may be needed by the underwriters so you don't have to keep
sending paperwork. My out of pocket costs ended up less than I expected which made me quite happy and I got a great rate. I recommend using Home loan enterprise and working with Huber and Rachel when you need a home loan or refinance.

Texas Refinance Company FELL me.
My name is Lloyd Brown. I leave in League city Texas. I start a refinance process on Jan 5th with B2 funding Inc. In Houston, Tx. After 3 1/2 month of problems, I call Ann Ho at Home Loan Enterprise. She got my loan and CLOSED in 27 days total. But the
kicker 1/2 point lower for $ 300.00 less. Now is should be easier for Houston, Texas to do it than California. I am so HAPPY Can you say 2.5% ! Closing cost total $ 3000.00 ...JUST what she stated at the beginning. THANK ALEX and ANN HO. I going on family

Best Home Loan Refiance Experience Ever !!!
My wife and I had a home loan with Wells Fargo Bank. With interest rates being very low now, we wanted to refinance from a 30 year loan to a 15. We naturally applied for a loan with WFB, they wasted no time in getting our home appraised but in the end,
we were denied a 15 year loan and offered another 30 year loan, instead. We said no thanks after wasting $400.00 for the home appraisal. We heard on the radio about Internet home loan services. We quickly found, Home Loan Enterprise, and really liked their
free GFE calculator; it gave us an idea of costs involved. We phoned and spoke to Hieu. We explained our experience with WFB and he said we would not have to pay for a home appraisal until we were qualified for the mortgage that we wanted, a 15 year loan.
We worked with Hieu and Anya. They answered questions quickly and everything moved along very smoothly. In the end, we obtained a refinance loan, much less $$$ than what WFB offered, and with a lower interest rate. Our closing costs with Home Loan Enterprise,
were even lower than quoted on their GFE. Great Price and Great Friendly Service! Thanks- Hieu and Anya, you have a customer for life.

Home Loan Enterprise - Huber Bongolan loan officer
My husband and I were dumfounded when we were turned down for a refi by another lender. I called Huber after reading about his excellent online reviews. We had as close to a great experience as you could have doing a refi. Not only was he able to get us
the rate we wanted, all costs were upfront with no surprises. We went thru the loan docs before we signed and clarified all questions. He was prompt, efficient, responsive and timely. We would highly recommend him to anyone doing a home loan. It is such a

Don't Hesitate
I have refied several times in the past 10 years, but have never completed a refi in so little time with so little hassle or inconvenience as with Home Loan Enterprise. It was super easy with their website and links for uploading documents. Danh and Linda
were always there for any questions I might have had. The website is fabulous and you can see exactly what the fees or non fees are upfront. Don't look anywhere else....

Excellent refinancing experience
I had an excellent experience of refinancing my home mortgage with Home Loan Enterprise. The first thing that attracted me to Home Loan Enterprise, was the ability to get an immediate Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of closing costs on their website (without
having to complete lengthy application forms or talk with sales agents that were required on all other sites I visited). Once I saw the GFE, I was quite skeptical, because the closing costs were considerably lower than any other quote I previously received
for comparable mortgages. I was also initially skeptical of the superlative reviews of this company that I found online. Nevertheless, I decided to give HLE a try. After having completed my refinancing, I can confidently say that these reviews were well-deserved!
Aaron Garcia was the mortgage advisor who was assigned to my case and handled it from the beginning to the end. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, courteous and patient throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with his thoroughness in
explaining every step of the refinancing process, as well as transparency in explaining every expense included in closing costs. During the refinancing process, we encountered a couple of challenges with the home appraiser and the title company (due to no
fault of HLE). Aaron handled these issues with exceptional professionalism, diligence, and commitment to honor the quotes and estimates that HLE had provided. I highly respect Aaron and Home Loan Enterprises for their professionalism and integrity. Overall,

Great Experience with HLE
HLE offers great interest rates and provides an exceptional customers Service. Huber Bongolan Jr., senior mortgage advisor, is very knowledgeable and responsive. He was quick in identifying what I need and helped me to get my ducks in a row so that my
home refinance can be a smooth transaction. Huber is honest, very straight forward, and more importantly he kept all his promises. Joy Leartanasan was assigned to handle my loan for processing. Joy is a very nice, responsive, detailed, and knowledgeable about
her position. Joy worked with me to gather all the required documents in order to fund/ close my loan as expeditiously as possible. She is very patient and kind at heart. She answered all my questions and remained in close contact with until my loan was closed

Wonderful experience!
We had been thinking about refinancing for a while, but just weren't ready to complete the process. I was just looking at rates online and happened to click on HLE's website from an advertisement on one of the pages. I was skeptical at first because of this, but being able to see the rates and estimated closing costs without having to submit my personal information was what hooked us (every other site wants your phone number/email address before they even show you the interest rates!). I went ahead and started the process, and received a call the same day from Thy. I was so worried that the quote was not going to match the final overall costs, or that there was going to be something hidden. Thy was so helpful through the entire process, which could not have been easier. In the end, we actually paid less than what we were quoted in the GFE! I highly recommend HLE and will definitely use them in the future!!

Refinancing Made Easy
I received an offer to refinance my home loan from my lender. After looking over the offer, I decided to check with other companies to compare costs. I used bankrate.com to get information on rates. Home Loan Enterprise (HLE) was one of the companies listed.
I sought estimates from several of the companies but I was very pleased to discover that HLE would give me a good faith estimate instantly (unlike the other lenders listed at bankrate). While I was plagued for several weeks by other lenders calling and emailing,
HLE communicated with me exactly the way I preferred. Nearly all of the communications I preferred were by email. I liked that a lot! This allowed me to select options, get answers, on my schedule. Middle of the day, middle of the night, I could ask my questions
and receive clear answers within a business hour or two. That is, if I asked in the middle of the night, I received an answer soon after they opened the next morning. On the occasions where I needed information sooner, they answered the phone and courteously
and professionally answered. My loan proceeded efficiently and according to the time table quoted to me. The final closing costs were even a little less than the amount quoted me on the first night I requested a good faith estimate. I was very well served
by Huber Bongolan and Joy Leartanasan. I would use them and HLE again.

Great refinance experience
With the low interest rates available it was time to refinance. I knew my best bet for the lowest rates would be found online. I checked out several companies and settled on HLE because of the positive reviews and their rating with the BBB. On my first
call I connected with Huber Bongolan. He, along with Anya, processed my loan. They were both really great to work with. They kept me informed, promptly returned my calls, patiently and kindly answered all my questions. They were professional in every way.
The process took a little over a month and went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend HLE to anyone looking to refinance. Thank you Huber and Anya!

I was looking to refinance my home and was searching for a good lender with low interest rate. I found Home Loan Enterprise through Bankrate.com. HLE website looked appealing to me as the information regarding interest rates was displayed directly for
different year term. Also, I could get a GFE quickly from their website. I decided to call HLE and talked to Aaron Garcia. Aaron was very professional and explained me the refinance process on the phone. Therefore I decided to go with HLE. During the refinance

Good and straightforward
I found Home Loan Enterprise through Bankrate.com. Without providing too many specific details I was able to get a rate quote within minutes. Other companies that I checked out only had a 30 day lock or showed rate sheets that suggested that my loan may
end up with a higher rate than listed on bankrate. Plus, I have friends who work for the large banks, and they couldn't come close to the rate I got. Therefore I decided to go with HLE. My actual loan fees were on target with the good faith estimate. They
didn't bait and switch me. Although the underwriter had some picky conditions, HLE worked on my behalf to help me clear them. All underwriters are uptight these days. Aaron the loan coordinator was very responsive to my messages. I am very happy with the rate
and service that I received.

Refinancing painlessly!
From my first call to the final call verifying the successful funding of my loan refinance, the entire process took 33 calendar days with Home Loan Enterprises. My Mortgage Finance Advisor Aaron Garcia was an absolute pleasure to work with. He promptly
responded to every email or phone call and provided detailed information, displayed patience and professionalism, and never gave the slightest impression that my loan was not his top priority. As this was my 4th home loan, I can't say enough about how transparent
and easy Home Loan Enterprises was to work with in comparison to the other brokers and big banks I've dealt with previously. In working with Aaron and HLE, I was able to successfully tick all three refinance boxes - a reduced term, lower rate (from 6.625 to
2.625!), and smaller monthly payment. While shopping my refinance, I had no fewer than three other competing lenders tell me "wow! that's a great rate - I'd take it if I were you." I have already recommended Home Loan Enterprises to several friends and family
members. Do yourself a favor and call HLE; you won't have to worry about thanking me, but you will thank yourself for doing so.

I was very skeptical doing business over the internet when I contacted HLE. Due the on-time responses I received from Huber it did not take long to know that I was in good hands. I did my part in responding timely to the documentation needs which sped
up the process. HLE's GFE were very accurate. I was particularly impressed that I did not have to take off from work to sign escrow papers because I met with the notary at my most convenient time and place. WOW !. I would definitely recommend HLE to anybody

HLE - an excellent company!!!
I've been through a lot of home loan refinances and I must say my experience with Home Loan Enterprise was by the far the best. I searched online and found HLE to have the lowest rate I could find. I thought it was too good to be true but all my searching
showed that HLE had great reviews. I went for it and everything went great. Excellent rate, low closing costs. I worked with Joy and Huber from beginning to end. They were both extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions I encountered. If I ever
need another mortgage in the future I will be calling HLE.

These guys don't mess around trying to nickel and dime you...they get the job done and honor their quotes. Don't go with lenders that try to get every piece of information out of you before they even give you a decent good faith estimate. Quick and efficient,
