Brandt Keller, the owner was courteous and sounded eager to do my move as I wanted it done so I decided to put them to task. It would be somewhat different in that there was to be a pickup at both a storage facility and from a third floor room in a condo with a narrow, winding and unforgiving staircase. It was then a 60 mile trip and into a second floor apartment. I received a prompt and reasonable estimate and the date was set.
On the morning of the move, a random DOT inspection point delayed their scheduled arrival time but I was phoned and advised of same without wondering why they were 45 minutes late. Brandt arrived at the condo in his personal vehicle with William and Ethan following in a truck of the length I had told him to bring. The three went right to work removing wall hangings to avoid damage. The unit was emptied quickly and efficiently. William, the lead man, and Ethan did a superb job of packing the truck as I watched, doing it much like I would have done it myself. Wall hangings were replaced and my daughter then escorted them to the storage room as I stayed behind to clean. They were once again careful and done quickly.
My daughter and I arrived in San Diego at the same time as the truck and once again they went right to work taking everything to the second floor and were finished in seemingly no time. They even helped me put my bed together.
There was no damage whatsoever, and they were done in less time than originally estimated. Consequently, my charges were reduced accordingly without asking and there was no minimum charge as many other companies require.
I would use this company again without hesitation.

We just wanted to pass along our sincere gratitude to your movers Will and Dan. They worked extremely hard, hardly pausing for breath it seemed! They were very courteous, careful and considerate.
They made our move a lot easier and it was worth every penny. We would definitely recommend you guys to anyone we know and it was a pleasure doing business with your company.
