Satisfied Customer
Kucsan and McCrea helped me refinance my home. They treated me as if I was the only client they were working with. Their staff was very cordial and patient with and promptly returned my phone calls. They helped me gather all the necessary paperwork needed to submit to the lender. Refinancing a mortgage takes time and this firm was with me every step of the way and took less than nine months from start to finish. I applied for my loan modification last March 2012 and I choose Kucsan and McCrea Law firm to help me with my case after carefully searching for the one I can trust. I'am very happy and very satisfied with the service of the law firm. The staff works GO and BEHIND to help me out and to get the aproval of my loan modification last January 14, 2013. My interest was down to 2.0% from 6.75%. Frank. M who took info of my case is very professional. Laura.S, Sr. Escalation Processor, always there for me in every steps of the process and she make a phone call to the bank every week to check the progress of my application. Mona.A,Sr. Processor always make sure that the bank get all the paperwork needed in a timely manner to comply with the deadline. Mona always e-mail me every week with the progress of my application. This 3 people make a big change and difference in others people lives. I feel that my help is just a phone call away even I don't see this people in person. Professional, outstanding service from all staff members
It was 14 months ago when I first got in contact with Kucsan and McCrea Law to help me with my loan modifications. From the initial phone call of my modification everyone that I came in contact with at K & M Law was very professional, helpful and answered all of my questions. They fought for me and worked with me to get my loan modified. My loan modification processor was Jennifer, every week for 11 months she would give me status on my loan modifications. She replies back by e-mails and phones within the business day. Last week, my loan modification was finally approved and the loan amount got reduced to $114,000.00. Couldn't Be Happier
After 2 and 1/2 years of trying to receive a modification and being given the run around by the bank, we were about to give up. K&M Law was recommended to us and admittedly we were worried at first, but figured we had nothing else to lose. We shared our experiences and how we were notified via phone on more than one occasion during more than one of the times we filed (3 times on our own total)that we qualified. Magically the paperwork would never show, the negotiator was changed and had no knowledge of us qualifying and we needed to start over, or they just worked for so long on the file that it we no longer qualified for the program we had entered in under. Once we started working with K&M Law things were different. They gathered our information and we had answers immediately. We are very pleased and grateful with the results we received from working with K&M Law. They kept us informed every step of the way and continued to work with us until we received results. We are now currently in our trial payment period and wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the help from K&M Law. We definitely would recommend K&M Law to help file for modifications and are very happy we listened to the recommendation given to us.

K&M Law Form Does Superior Work with Mortgage Modifications
In 2010, my husband and I hired a company to perform a loan modification for our very under-water home in Northern California.
It took approximately a year to finish the modification, and when it was completed, the payments arranged by the processor of the modification were, to say the least, unsatisfactory. We felt totally deceived and doomed to foreclosure, but then we heard about the Law Firm of Kucsan & McCrea, and in contacting them, we found them so professional and easy to work with, that we did sign up with them to complete the process, and it was a very satisfying result.

Call Them Today
We were referred to Kucsan and McCrae by a friend who had successfully completed a Loan Modification through this firm. We were hesitant to trust but after 4 unsuccessful and frustrating years of trying to get a modification through the bank, we decided to take a chance. It was the best decision. This company did everything they said they would do and more, the customer service was exemplary and they stuck with us through a one year process but our home was saved! We now have a modification and we are grateful to this firm and their staff. They assisted us every step of the way and we are truly thankful.

Outstanding experience
I don't ever write reviews. Even friends have asked and I've not done it, but I feel I must for the service K&M Law provided for me. I think I was a difficult case - there were factors along the way that complicated my situation, but they stuck by me as things evolved and continued to work to save my home. And they did save my home! I am absolutely thrilled and impressed by the dedication, professionalism and follow through of this firm. I don't have words enough to thank them for what they have done for my family. These are good people doing good work in a very frustrating field. If you are researching them now to see if you should call...Do it!

K&M Law did the job they said they would...........
Well did I get what I want? Of course not, Do we ever do when comes to banks...But K&M Law did what they said they where going to do get my loan restructured. I had a loan MOD from before that was 4.25 Apr and in five years it was going to jump to 5.25 Apr having a monthly bill of 1800.. Know my new rate is 3.375 for the term of the loan having a payment of 1470 a month... Thank You K&M Law
P.S. I made to much to get a principle reduction. Not K&M Fault...

Loan Modification
I had been referrd to K&m Law through a friend who had used them for their loan modification and I have to say that I would hgihly recommend then again. They were very helpful and got things submitted and in right away. The process was about 4-5 months and the end result was that my loan modification was APPROVED and I'm now saving $800.00 a month which is life changing.

In going through the loan restructure process with the K&M staff, the support each individual with whom I worked gave me, engendered my trust that I had made the right decision to go through this very scary process with them. Thank God for Honest, Helpful people
After making several calls to the Bank, trying to get a modification, which I new I qualified for because of my situation. The people kept telling me I didn't qualify for. I saw and ad on T.V. and decided I had to give it one more try. I spoke with Mr. Kucsan and he assured me that "yes, I do qualify for the modification, that he would not take the case unless he can help me". I put my trust in his word and I was amazed by how wonderful his staff handled everything. They are genuinely kind and caring and took care of everything. I followed their instructions not to call the Bank. Talk to the person who Mr. Kucsan assigned to me. Everything went well and came through. I want to give a BIG HUGE THANKS TO JACKIE NASH FOR ALL HER HARD WORK! I highly recommend anyone who is turned down by the banks to hire this company. Kuscan and McCrea APLC
My husband and myself had a hard time trying to get out current mortgage loan into a fixed rate since the market crashed. My husband was on the internet one day and and that is where we found out about Kucsan and McCrea. It took almost two years but with patience and the help from Kucsan and McCrea our mortgage is now a fixed rate and the mortgage payment is lower than the original loan. I would definitely refer Kucsan and McCrea to friends and family who are struggling with a home loan.

Phenomenal Results!
My wife and I initially made contact with Bank of America to discuss a loan modification over five years ago. We experienced a total run around with no results. In May 2012 we contacted Kuscan and McCrae. Would you believe within four months we had an offer letter from B of A to reduce our loan balance significantly and set an interest rate of 2 % for five years. We are truly relieved.
Previously we had been cheated out of $7,500 by another atorney who took our money and the next week declared bankruptcy. Because of that we were anxious at first. Kuscan and McCrae put our worries to rest by delivering on their promise to us, by keeping us constantly updated on what was happening,and directly answering our questions. They were prompt, efficient, and attended to detail.
