100% UNSATISFIED GUARANTEE!!!!


Do not purchase anything from these guys. They have a best customer service when they want to sale something to you but when you need support they wont be there for you. They sold me a brand new sofa and when I opened it was damaged I call them and they said they cant do nothing for me after paying $1500.0. Does that sound like a store that wants to keep their customers or stands behind their products? Oleg/great service


After driving upto LA Furniture store I had spoke to Oleg at the store and he was very very helpful....not pushy...just meeting my requirements and answering all my questions..and i had a lot...anyway the couch and chair i choose was a special order, color change etc., and he dealt with the order very professionally, walked me through the invoice and what to do and submit. I was given a 6-8 wks and it came within the 8 weeks...I called once for an update and they called me when the furniture arrived and then again when it was going to be delivered....between 3 and 6 pm on saturday and they came around 5.30...we were the last delivery for the day...guys were very nice and professional, did their job efficiently ...just like Oleg...I paid for white glove delivery which I would recommend ....took all the packaging away with them....excellent service by all involved and my furniture is fabulous....I LOVE IT.....thanks again....anne

Simply Great Quality & Service


It’s been almost one year that I have been looking all over the places to find my ideal modern sofa set and I finally found it at LA Furniture Store. First I found them on their Web Site and since they have 3 stores here in L.A, I went to the store to see the furniture by myself and check the quality of the furniture and what kind of service they provide. I noticed that what they claim on the their web site is what you get and I was pretty pleased by the great selection of furniture they have. I was extremely lucky to be helped by Nayri. If Nayri wasn’t there at this time, I doubt that I would have bought anything from this store even though they have beautiful furniture for any taste. I told Nyari what I was looking for and she found me the exact furniture that I have been looking for more than 1 year. She is not only a great saleswomen but she is also a great designer and based on your taste, she can provide you different choices. I came across your website by chance and at first glance I really liked your furniture. I bought Armani Xavira collections and the quality was outstanding; well built high quality, and great appearance. I went ahead and placed an order and I have to say I am so happy that I did. Nayri was my sales consultant. She was very helpful, friendly, courteous, and experienced. Thank you for the gorgeous gift Nayri, really love it! I’m so very pleased with the furniture the quality alone speaks for itself! The delivery was on time and very friendly and helpful. In the future I will definitely shop again. This furniture store has its high's and lows, We bought a new home and furnished a good portion of it with their furniture. Luckily there was no damage or problems like I've read on here before purchasing. I suggest you go and take a look at the furniture yourselves. If you're very picky about every nook and cranny of your furniture, don't buy from here. The furniture they have is not perfect by any standards. The stitching on the sofa we got from them was stitched right down the middle of a fabric cushion, which for me is not so bad unless you have someone in your family point it out... You get what you pay for, and for what you pay, it is pretty good quality IMHO. The one thing that's really good is their various styles. I have never seen anything like it. When I would go shopping at other furniture stores other than Ikea, they are either really dirty / cheap traditional furniture, or incredibly expensive furniture stores for the elites like ligne rosset or rochois bobois. This type of place falls in the middle somewhere. Hope that is as accurate I can describe that for you. Five stars from me because I'm still satisfied with my purchase. May change my mind if something goes wrong with my furniture in the not so distant future but all good for now!

On the honest truth. Do not purchase from this company. They will reap you off. I am still trying to get my 2 orders since last year October. They delivered a defected furniture and refused to send me a replacement which they promised. Also has not receive the sectional sofa set from the 2nd order i made. Mr. Art the Manager is a better person to deal with. Nasty and rude ANNA is an idot you dont want to talk to. She ruins their customer service.
Dont know how a woman can be that rude and insultive. And she is even a nobody in the business. Every good response i've read are all lies.
I am a witness and i'm still fighting to get my money back. If you think you want your hard earn money go the drain; then you may purchase from them.

My purchase was over $4,000.00 and now 10 monthes without a good and complete order delivery. Dont know what to tell you than share my experience. That is the best teacher.

My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. I realize how businesses are in need of more positive reviews because satisfied customers most likely will never leave a review so here it is:

I ordered the B05 Sofa, in leather and fabric. I bought online and received a follow up email 3 days later letting me know they are shipping it out but noticed a mistake on my shipping address. I called them up and they gladly changed it bypassing additional verification. Less of a headache for me to deal with. The customer representatives were very nice American and English speaking which is also a plus these days. Once it shipped out I received a tracking number and it said it will take approximately 2 weeks to receive it on the delivery company's website. The shipping time was a tad bit long, but it was not like a regular UPS delivery. The delivery company contacted me 2 days in advance to schedule with me a good time to deliver the sofa set. They could not do deliveries on weekends so I had to take time from work off and come in a bit later that day after delivery was made. The window period was reasonable 9-12pm, and they kept their word. The delivery went without a hitch, they were very fast, and everything was done and over with in less than 20 minutes. The sofa was impeccable in quality. Thick cow hide and clean trim, no loose threads on the stitching, the fabric part of the sofa was vibrant. The sofa just looks amazing. Its very colorful and lifts the living room mood. I received a follow up call from one of their reps asking if everything was OK. I told them I was very happy and they gave me a free painting for my time over the phone explaining my experience. The absolute best company I have ever dealt with 5 stars all around thanks again!

We got a table and chairs from LA Furniture Store after we saw picture on line. When we first saw this dining set and it was out of stock, so we waited it for 3 weeks and at the end when we got it we were astonished by the fact that its such great quality for such an affordable price. The sales person answered all my questions, and we are very thankful that he convinced us to wait, because when we got it it was exactly what we wanted. The furniture was delivered to us and it was fully assembled and it looks amazing in my dining room. I am very happy that I chose this store to purchase my furniture from and I plan to purchase more items from them in the future.

When I found LA Furniture Store online I saw huge inventory of sofas that are on their website and felt very lost and confused on which sofa I wanted, but after several hours of browsing the website I found a sofa that was the right look, size, and budget for me, but the only thing was that it was in brown color, which I hate. I gave them a call and one of their customer service representatives picked up the phone and I asked him if the sofa I am looked at comes in any other colors. I was told that in stock they only keep the espresso color, but I could special order it in any color I wanted to, but it will take 8 to 12 weeks. Even though this was a really long time, I proceeded by asking him if he could send me a swatch of the black sample. he said that he can do that. He took down my name and address and within a few days I received an envelope from LA Furniture Store and inside was a small piece of black leather. I really loved this color, so the next day I called them and said that I would like to make a special order of the couch in black. I put down a 50% deposit and waited patiently. 8 to 12 weeks does not sound like a long time, but let me tell you it is, but just when I was starting to feel impatient and wanted to call to check the status of my order I received a call from them stating that my sofa has finally arrived. I was very happy and paid my balance. Then I asked how long will it take for my sofa to arrive to me. They said it would be 2 more weeks, I was a little discouraged, but it was worth the wait. When the couch was delivered by curbside delivery my neighbor was there to help me carry it into the house. After I unpackaged the sofa and placed it in my living room it look absolutely gorgeous. Only one thing is missing though, a coffee table. Most likely I will buy a coffee table from LA Furniture Store, as well, as they have a huge selection.

I was looking for modern furniture online and decided to go to la furniture store since they have a showroom. They have a huge selection at their showroom but they did not have the bed that i wanted on display. The salesman that helped me was showing other beds from that company so atleast i saw the quality of the furniture. I end up ordering the bed and was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks from the order date. I didn't receive the bed until 4 weeks after.I wasn't too upset with the delay since my sales rep "Phil" did call me to inform me of the delay. All in all the bed was exactly what i wanted so im happy.

I had a very good experience with this company, first of all they have a big selection of modern and contemporary furniture on their website , and what's good about them is that they have showrooms where you can go and check the quality and colors of the items. Even though I recieved my sofa set one week later than the promised time, but it was worth waiting,and they even gave me a free painting to compensate. I love my leather sofas , they were custom made only for me ,in that color !!!

BEWARE OF THIS STORE! Before purchasing they will be very nice once you purchase they will show their real faces, do not believe their words. Customer service is horrible, once they know your phone number they will never pick up your calls and it is a nightmare to get hold of any person. And as some other reviewers said, all positive reviews are written by company employees and managers. I found this store thru internet and traveled 150 miles to get there as their collection and web reviews were very nice (biggest lies as I know right now). I guess all negative reviews were deleted by them. I purchased a living room set from them, and they promised to deliver it within 6-8 weeks. I have been waiting for 12 weeks until they finally delivered. And let me tell you: it was not a set I seen in store and purchased. I was choosing my set very careful, will never buy anything just by looking on internet or by catalog. I have very bad back and need to sit and try my sofa before buying. Sofa set displayed in the store for perfect. Set I got only had correct color. Very poor craftsmen, all stitches are crooked, head peaces will not hold their position and was simply broken. Even cushions was different high! Sofa itself is very uncomfortable and you can feel every single piece of hardware with your body. After just one week of use all stitches started to rip. They have horrible customer service and they stopped returning my calls. I would never ever buy anything from them and I also planning to file official complain with Consumer Advocacy Board and ask them to investigate this store and its management. RETAILERS AND BUYERS BEWARE! First, let me preface this with the fact that most of the positive comments you see below are written by the store's employees. Readers of these reviews should take close heed to the negative comments as these are more factual.

I have been affiliated with LA Furniture and Vig Furniture for longer than most and my association has been as a retailer carrying Vig Furniture products. Over the last two years, my business has spent more time and money trying to soothe angry customers who made the mistake of buying from their store, their website, and unfortunately, through my own website. In fact, my company has no negative comments from the BBB because customers could see the effort that we put into righting the wrongs of Vig/LA Furniture. Vig does not care for you as a retailer and LAFS does not care for you as a retail customer. As the other reviewers have stated, once they have your money, you mean nothing.

We fielded and handled numerous customers complaining of receiving wrong items, beds with missing parts, dining sets with manufacturer defects. sofas with poor craftsmanship and on and on. Here are some of the MANY examples:

- White or Red - Customer received the wrong color sofa from Vig/LAFS and they refused to send the correct replacement until my company paid in full for second sofa so the customer could get what they originally ordered.
- Loooong Time - Customer special ordered a sofa set and never received it. After no update for nearly six months, they sent a message that the sofa set was due to ship from China in only 10 more days. Customer lost their deposit and never got a sofa set.
- Customer received an Impera platform bed with no headboard, they asked the customer to pay an additional $100 to ship a headbord that was clearly their mistake not to ship the first time.
- Customer received an unusable coffee table with plenty of manufacturer defects. Instead of sending a new coffee table, they wanted the customer to keep the old one - leaning and broken - and they would in turn send her two screws.

The furniture looks nice from a distance, but particularly with the Armani Xavira Collection, 90% of you will receive a poorly made and cheaply produced item. I guarantee it... because 90% of my customers did.

I'll have to continue this review so that everyone can fully understand the risks involved with working with these companies.

I purchased platform bed from LA Furniture store 2 weeks ago. I called them before and they was very helpful, answered all my questions and then I completed my order. They delivered it to my place at Studio City, CA exactly like they promised me! I got my bed 3 days after payment!!! I am very happy with my bed, its looks great!!! I purchased a sectional from them on 6/30 and they promised to deliver it within 6-8 weeks. I have been waiting for 14 weeks and they continue to tell me that it will be here next week. I asked for a refund and they refused. They have horrible customer service and they stopped returning my calls. I would never ever buy anything from them.

I am sorry about some of the bad experience some of the reviewers wrote below...however my experience with LA furniture has been only the best. I ordered my furniture through the toll free number on line. As soon as I called…someone quickly picked up. The person on the other line was very friendly and patient. The furniture came in about a week in great condition…and it looked even better in person than on the picture. I am so happy with my service at LA furniture (and the selection they have) that I am sure I will never have to go to another furniture store again.
