Excellent Introduction to Gold & Silver Purchasing
I've purchased both silver and gold coins from Lear. Most recently a single gold American Eagle. (I like that there are no minimums!) As with my other orders, the online procedure was simple and painless. As is usually the case with Internet purchases, I received an email confirmation in short order. The American Eagle arrived in pristine condition in a well-packed box with packing peanuts. (Note: Lear should consider biodegradable starch-based peanuts!) The delivery was within the promised time frame, even though it was during the recent holidays. Since the package is not to be trusted to leave on a doorstep, I received a call from FedEx prior to delivery. Another content customer!

Two Orders and no problems
Within the last two months I've placed two separate orders and both are exactly as described. Every coin was in good condition, shipping was prompt and packaging was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The busines transaction completed was to rollover my 401K to a traditional IRA. I saw the Lear ad, decided to contact them.
I interacted with three people at Lear. A Ms Stockstill, Mr. Gamble, and another person named Gina. All were very professional and had my best interest in mind. I found the process to make the conversion to be straightforward and not complicated at all.
The information sent to me regarding the investment option I chose was very informative,and the facts presented gave me a degree of confidence that I was selecting a good investment option for me. The folks I had contact with were able to answer all of my
questions, and presented additional options as well. Overall I have been very satisfied with my relationship with Lear thusfar and will be making another transaction very soon. I would recommend Lear to anyone interested in the investment area that I selected
for my retirement savings.

Just completed second purchase from Lear Capital
Bought a gold American Eagle on the record 2-ton purchase date of 4/17/13. I really like that there is no minimum purchase. Received email confirmation almost immediately. Paid by check, so it took a little while, but I received confirmation of my payment
by email. The tracking number was emailed to me the day it was shipped. It was shipped by FedEx with signature required, which was good because we were still on vacation the first delivery try. Coin was shipped in a plastic holder packed in a box with packing
peanuts. It arrived in beautiful condition. I won't hesitate to purchase gold from Lear again and recommend them to anyone looking to invest in precious metals.

Lear Capital - Good Service, easy access and ordering
Of all of the gold/silver bullion and coin dealers, Lear Capital is a fine company. You have 24/7 access to ordering and a good selection of products. If you have questions or concerns about an order, you can call and they are happy to talk to you and
check on the status of any order you have. I have used Lear Capital for the last year an placed over 4 separate orders with them. There are three issues that I do have with them: First is the long delays from order thru delivery. Even after receiving payment,
it often takes upwards of two weeks before they ship your order. Most of my orders take 30 days from initial order till delivery. In addition, if there is a delay due to them being out of stock, they do not advise you of the delay. (solution: Decrease processing
time and ship immediately after payment is recevied, better communications) Second is thier shipping cost. Typically it runs about $27 order under $1000, however, they increase shipping to $37 for order over $1000. This $10 increase is totally not necessary
as they ship a $1500 order in the same box and cost as a $500 order. I see this as totally making profit off of the shipping cost. (solution: stop charging shipping base on value of the order. All orders should be one price ($27 or less) for shipping. Using
USPS priority mail would be just $11 plus insurance!) Third is that thier prices tend to be just a little higher than the other coin/bullion dealers that you see on TV and the internet. A typical silver 1 oz coin will cost $1-$1.50 higher at Lear Capital.
(solution: Set price closer to spot price or other dealers.)

Lear Capital, a great experience.
I was considering investing some of my retirement into precious metals. After quite a bit of research I decided on silver. Not knowing much about how to go about investing I did some searches of investment companies on the internet. A few weeks after requesting
an investment packet from Lear, I received a phone call from Shawn Davis, a representative from Lear. After a few days of phone tag, Shawn called me again and talked me through the process. So when I told him I wanted to buy silver he went over the different
types of physical silver and what the advantages of each was. After my order Shawn kept in contact with me and I have since purchased another order of physical silver. When placing this order I called Shawn and he was busy with another customer so he asked
if he could call me right back. After about 10 minutes I received a call from Jody Alway, an associate of Shawn, who related that Shawn was still tied up, but didn't want me to have to wait. She discussed with me, which type of silver would be the best investment
at the time. After placing my order, Jody advised me that there could be a slight delay, as both the Canadian and U.S. Mints were out of silver. Within a week or so, I received a phone call from Shawn in addition to an email advising me that my silver would
be shipped the following day. Both Shawn and Jody advised me of promotional programs they had at the time of each order and helped me get the most for my investment. The silver was very well protected during shipping, and I'm thrilled with the experience with
Lear Capital.

I've made three purchases from Lear and all have been without fault. Items were delivered promptly and as ordered. Mike Quiroga was helpful in getting me started. As a small purchaser I prefer to use their on-line buying feature. It works great.

LEAR CAPITAL TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE
I have trusted Lear Capital for a number of years to handle my gold purchases. My latest purchase was last week. Since day one they have been trustworthy and have exceeded my expectations. They are totally honest, extremely helpful and do what they say
they will do. Their advise is spot on and up to date for current conditions in the market. My representative has always been most helpful and can quickly work through any issue or questions that I may have. Last, but by no means least, is that their pricing
is always within the top two that I can find and reliability offsets any small difference in price. I have recommended them to my friends...and I would not do that if I didn't have total and complete trust in their product, service and reliability. The only
negative is that it takes two to three weeks to receive the gold or silver due to allowing for the check to clear. This doesn't matter to me, but it may be a problem for some.
