Home rate/payment reduced and Home Saved!
Brandon and the team are the best! After many failed attempts at trying to talk to the bank, they were able to get a response back and a reduction in a fixed rate mortgage and a monthly payment that I could actually afford!

Great customer service and got the job done!
After several unsuccessful attempts on my own to get my home loan modified, I was referred by a friend to contact Brandon B. at LDP. In just a matter of months they got me into a loan mod trial (just made second payment!) and helped me save my home. I put a lot of money into upgrades and it was driving me nuts that I might have to short sale or foreclose on it without ever being able salvage the time and money I invested. Now I will be able to ride out this market correction and not take a major bath...
Back to Brandon and LDP, they were extremely responsive, friendly, organized, and took ALL of the burden of this process off of my shoulders. They know exactly what to do every step of the way and seem to have well established relationships with the decision makers at the banks.
I would highly recommend LDP, and Brandon in particular, to help you get through these strenuous circumstances.

The place to go for a loan modification
Brandon, did 2 home modifications for me. Both went through without a hitch. I found him to be very honest and dependable. If you are worried about being ripped off by some unscrupulous attorney, this is where you want to go. This guy did everything he promised. I have given him permission to use me as a reference.
I tried to get my home modified by myself dealing directly with the lenders, two years and no luck. It seemed every time I thought the bank had everything and I was going to get approved, they would turn me down.
Legal Document Processing, was mentioned to me by a local real estate company I contacted to possibly do a short sale.
That phone call saved my two homes and my credit.

Loan Modification
My husband and I were a referral to this company. Brandon, our refinance coordinator at the company, was excellent. He went above and beyond to help us out. Even though we live many mile from the Corona, Ca office. He and his staff were very professional and worked directly with our lender. They took care of the 'middleman' work for us. Loan Modification
I had been turned down by my mortgage company. Legal Document Processing was able to push the modification through. Thorough professionals, they are very protective and supportive of their clients, which is really important, because dealing with banks can be like running in a maze.

I Was looking all over for someone to help me with my horrible situation, everyone else wanted payment upfront and I didn't like that, my co-worker put me in contact with legal document processing and that was the day a huge load was lifted off of me. Very thankful that this company was able to help me out with my Wells Fargo loan. I very much appreciated the follow up calls every 2 weeks and staying on top of everything with my bank. When I tried to do this on my own with the bank they kept telling me they never received my documents I sent in and to keep resending them. It was a living nightmare.

Best investment!!
Brandon Becerra was extremely helpful and followed up with me throughout each step in the process. I have a loan with Wachovia/Wells Fargo and the team at Legal Document Processing, Inc. was able to get me a loan modification, saving me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I tried going through my lender on my own and was denied a modification. It was far and away the best investment of time and money! Best in the West
I had a great experience with this company. They were friendly and treated me like Family. I was referred to them by word of mouth. They reduced my interest rate and helped me to stay in my home. The lenders were no help, but Legal Document Processing was the perfect go between, helping me stay in my home. I have had the stress takenout of the whole process thanks to them. I can't reccommend them highly enough. Kudos for a Company that has a Servants Heart.
