Best office to call if you are injured in an accident!!!
I was in an accident early 2012 as a passenger in a friend's car. The other driver ran her red light and hit the side of the car I was riding in. I was unconscious up until the paramedics arrived and was soon transported to the hospital by ambulance. During
my stay at the hospital I found out I suffered cracked ribs and a concussion and was advised by medical staff to be on bed rest until I felt comfortable enough to perform my job duties at work. After checking out of the hospital, I was left wondering what

BUSY SCHEDULE? Call Michael H Silvers!
In the summer of 2012 I was rear ended by another driver causing a great deal of damage to my car and to my back. Being an avid workaholic and a 60-70 work week type of woman I was stressed with the thought of being completely immersed and suffocated by the legal paperwork. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Michael Silvers office. They came to my work to assess the damage and worked with me to find a doctor close to my work with flexible hours to meet my needs. As for the paperwork they handled everything. I was able to have my car repaired (at my mechanic) and they handled having the other driver's insurance pay for it. The recovery process was quite painful but it would have been much more so if I had to worry about handling everything on the legal end. They would check in with me periodically to let me know the status of the case so that I never had to reach out to them to find out. I am very glad that I called Michael H. I would personally recommend Michael H. Silver!
About a year and a half ago I was in a car accident where my car was rear-ended and pretty much totaled. I knew immediately that I was going to need representation because the insurance company was trying to make a settlement with me in which I felt I was offered an amount of money that wouldn't cover all of my losses.
I looked around and found Michael Silvers. Since it was about 1:00a, I went to their website and submitted my claim on their online form. The next morning I received a call from them telling me that they wanted to represent me. I agreed, they told me they were sending someone over to see me and go over certain things with me. I received a visit from Robin Ahn, their settlement negotiator, shortly after. He went over what they can do for me and what to expect. I felt confident about my decision when he was done speaking with me.
Within the next week or so, I was contacted by a person over the phone that works with them. I gave them some of my information and they sent me to a doctor close to my location. My physical therapy for a back problem that arose after the accident began. I was treated good and went for quite some time until I felt better. No more than a month and a half after Robin came over, I was given money to cover my car. The money I received for it was way more than I was expecting, especially because it was an old car.
After all of that I was just advised to be patient and wait for the case to be settled. Time passed and I was given updates every so often, they even sent me a Christmas card which I thought was nice. Before I knew it my case was settled and all of that could be set behind me.

I had my accident this year on Feb 27th, I was sandwiched between a car and an SUV, resulting to a back and neck injuries. I found this law firm on-line the next day after I went to the ER because of neck and back pains. I was referred to the main office in LA and the lady (Rebecca--sorry forgot her last name) was very friendly and very nice. I call the office whenever I have questions and need to follow up on something, she/they promptly call me back and answer all my questions. They referred me to a very good chiropractor near my home (Dr. Moyer), and I really appreciate what he did to help ease my back and neck pain. It helped me a lot! I love my chiropractor. They also referred me to a good PT, and he was really nice and funny. The main office did transferred me to one of their paralegal here in SD (Imee) and the same thing, she was very friendly and pleasant to talk with. I got no problems or whatsoever with them. First car accident
About a year ago I was in my first real collision where a lady pulled out in front of me and hit me on my passenger side both cars ended up on the opposite side of the road thank gosh it was a Sunday and not much traffic. The lady and her passenger claimed it was my fault but I knew it wasn't because I had the right away just to be sure I was recommended to Michael H Silvers from a family/friend. I called and they took down all of the information and delt with the insurance companies which made my life a lot easier. Overall the people that helped me with the case were very nice and helpful. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others. A few things I wasn't to satisfied with was the time frame it took about a year to settle and for weeks at a time I wasn't contacted with an update in my case, but other than that it was a good experience.

I am very pleased with the help that I got from Michael Silvers law firm! Since the first time that I spoke to one of the representatives, I was immediately informed of how the case would be handled. The very next day, I had an investigator come to my house to collect information and sign some documents. Silvers Corp Review
I called Michael H. Silvers office after being rear ended by a car on the freeway. Although there was not any major injury, I called their office to see if I could receive money to at least cover my medical appointment.
The very same day that I called the office, an employee came to my house to gather all the information needed for my case. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was very nice, honest, and willing to help me to the best of his ability.
A little while after the assessment, a man named Robyn took over and he got in contact with me every so often to let me know of any updates on my case. Robyn was in fact very nice and I would recommend him to any customer. He seemed to go out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the service the corporation provided me. He was professional and was also able to connect on a personal level. I talked to several other staff members including Patty and Jessica who were also very nice and patient.
My only critique would be that sometimes it took long for the associates to get back to me after leaving a message. I would've liked a more prompt response.
Overall, I would recommend this corporation to a friend. Although I hope it won't happen, if I were to get into another car accident I would call this company again.
