REFI WITH OPTIMUM FIRST
We have done three refis with Optimum First and can't find a single negative thing to say about them. Alex Shik has handled all three. I have to say we will never deal with another person involving a refi unless it's Alex. At first we thought everything we were told was too good to be true, but everything that was promised was delivered -- and Alex made the process so smooth and easy. Optimum First is the best!

VERY professional and efficient. GREAT Refinance experience
Tara Schuster at Optimum First is THE MOST efficient mortgage broker I have ever worked with. In the last 11 years I have purchased and refinanced multiple times but it has not gone as smoothly in the past as it did this time working with Tara. She was quick to respond any time I had a question, kept me updated regularly on how the refinance was progressing, and everything just went like clockwork! Far exceeded my expectations, making refinancing a very pleasant experience...such a refreshing change from my past experiences.

Lowest closing costs for my refinancing
After shopping around for the lowest rates and costs to refinance my mortgage I quickly discovered that nobody could beat Optimum First. Some competitors simply could not believe the 3.99% and $348.35 closing costs this company was offering me. I worked
with Michael Barnette and it was truly a pleasure. He was punctual, informative and efficient. My loan refinancing went smoothly and fast. I highly recommend working with this company.

Review of Cody Deniz from Glenn & Karen Gallington
I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Cody Deniz was so exceptional, I needed to let you know. After several phone interviews with various mortgage reps, I chose Cody Deniz for several reasons. His ability to clarify terms and explain costs
made the whole process easy to understand and took away the concerns of doing business on the Internet. Cody's patience with me, a 61 year old retiree, was absolutely amazing. At no time did he ever express any signs of frustration or impatience. He was never
a "hard seller" or a "closer" type of sales person yet stayed in contact with me but didn't become a pest. I don't know if Cody's communication skills were taught by his parents or by Optimum First, but he was a pleasure to work with and will be highly recommended

Optimum has a severe problem with email security.
I hope they see this and correct their procedures. During my refi, I asked numerous times to NOT send my private information via email as clear text or unencrypted attachments. Joseph did not comply until near the very end of the procedure. Joseph was
very competent to work with but their disregard for security was disturbing. I spoke directly to Lucas (one of the directors)and expressed my the serious unhappiness. Which yielded me no-change. This is a VERY competitive business and I have not have this
problem with thee other lenders. I would go back to them for rate quotes but will make sure everyone understands the need for security in this world of identity theft.

Great Experience
At just thirteen days from initial inquiry to signed loan documents, this was by far the quickest and least error prone mortgage experience I've ever had. Michael Barnette's dedication, responsiveness and professionalism made the entire process simple

John Smith - Master of the refi
We had contacted other refi services and they told us the process would take 45 to 60 days. Due to our need to get the refi accomplished before we went on vacation we found John at Optimum First on Monday night 25 March at 1800 hrs. He said he could get
every thing accomplished in two weeks. We immediate felt comfortable with his demeanor and approach to solving our time frame needs. Not only did John call us everyday with status but he kept in constant contact via e-mail. True to his word, we had the 3 day
right to rescission in our hands on Wed 10 Apr AM. On Monday 15 Apr AM the loan was fully funded and in place. John called with the info and confirmation. John did an awesome job for us, and I will recommend he and Optimum First to those I know may be looking.

Very Good Experience
Calvin did an incredible job for us! He got us the best rates at the lowest cost I could find on the internet, and when we ran into a small glitch with the first lender, he got us switched and even rebated back some expenses without asking! The whole process
took less than a month for a significantly better rate!

Trustworthy, fast and efficient!
I was fortunate enough to get a recommendation for refinancing from a friend at the gym and I followed it up. I am so glad I did. I worked with Jennifer Sasaki and her team of professionals and she treated me with the kind of respect and honesty I have
always expected from this industry. We sign refi docs this friday and the entire process took about three weeks! I'll be saving about $6,000 dollars a year! This trustworthy and professional behavior is the best way to combat all of the negative results of

This was our first refinance with Optimum First. Jennifer Sasaki was a referral from a friend. She handled our refinance professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner. She was diligent in following up and keeping the loan moving along while keeping

Another Great Experience at Optimum First
This was my third time financing with Optimum First. There are a lot of mortgage brokers out there that offer very competitive rates, but I would have a hard time going anywhere else. I know I'm dealing with honest, hardworking people. I just refinanced
and got a fantastic rate on a 15 year fixed through Doris Fedolak. She initially promised that the financing would not cost me anything, which would have been great since I was going to knock .75% off my already low rate on a 20 year fixed. But when all was
said and done and the deal was closed, I actually ended up making $1900 up front on the transaction! No exaggeration here. Doris is extremely good at what she does, and always responds to my communications very quickly. She also was consistently pleasant,
cheerful, and on the ball whenever we talked on the phone. I should mention that if it weren't for a mistake on my part, we would have closed in 2 weeks and 3 days, but it ended up taking exactly 3 weeks. I would absolutely recommend her to any of my friends
or family members. It was really an easy process. Thanks so much, Doris!
