Excellent service!
I've been using Overnight Prints for a few years now, and I've always been very pleased with the quality of product for a digital output. In notable addition to print quality is their outstanding customer service. When I finally received a print job that was sub-standard, they immediately offered a reprint, even with adjusted art resubmitted. Not only that, they sent the reprinted job overnight at no extra cost!

Great Products and Service
I've ordered both business cards and letterhead from OP and really like their work. The rounded-corner business cards look terrific and get tons of compliments. Their customer service is wonderful. Great company.

Overnight Prints is great!
I've had nothing but positive experiences with Overnight Prints, having had them print my business cards originally, then returning to them for my address labels and, after having success with that, finally my greeting cards.
Their products are great, as is their customer service.

Overnight Prints Is Worth It's Weight in Gold!
Overnight Prints is worth it's weight in gold. I recently had an order filled and discovered through a customer that there was an error on my business cards. Upon discovery I contacted Overnight Prints, double checked my invoice to make sure I hadn't overlooked something. Spoke with a wonderful customer service agent who immediately took action to resolve the issue. She put me on hold for a short time, spoke with her supervisor and made preparations to reship the correct printing via overnight for Saturday am delivery at no extra charge! I was thrilled beyond words as I participated in a Women's Expo the following day, and my entire business seminar is surrounded by authenticity. Imagine my embarrassment if I had distributed those cards w/a typo... kind of an oxymoron for self-promotion I think! ;-) Nonetheless, Overnight Prints saved the day and my seminars went off without a hitch!

Customer Service Winner
Starting a small business and needing cards right away, I threw together something in Word an uploaded it to Overnight Prints. Nothing showed in the preview window, so in frustration I sent them an email. I received a response the same day even though it was Saturday, with a clear set of things to try.
I tried the steps and was still having trouble, so emailed again. I got another quick response with a very long set of steps tailored to my specific setup. Wow! I was impressed (thanks Lisa!).
I finally got the cards uploaded and looking good, but was still concerned about the print quality.
Because by then I was running out of time, I had the cards expressed to the hotel where I would be staying. They arrived a day early and were waiting for me when I got there. Not only that, they look fantastic -- way better than I expected for the price.
I'm sold. This is the best customer service I've gotten in years. I will definitely use them for future orders.

Great Company
Overnight Prints’ website is the most clearly explained, user friendly, website I’ve ever come across. They have great customer service and handle any problem that may arise in a timely professional manner. I use them to print our business cards and have found them to be the best online source for our company. Most other online printers have websites I can't figure out how to navigate! You cannot go wrong using Overnight Prints!

Looking for a printing service that is a full printing service? Need a place you can call and ask questions? Maybe you'd like to create something a bit out-of-the-box for a resale product.
This is a good place to explore your options. Best part is this -- We all wonder what happens after we do an upload. No shyness with Overnight Prints. If there is a problem, they let you know. This ensures a great end-product.
As with all service options, sometimes things don't go the way you'd like. No problem here -- drop an email, or give them a call ... Someone will help you!

Terrible service -- they make no effort to get the job right
BE WARNED. I ordered bookmark favors for my wedding. As a test, I ordered 100 bookmarks, the smallest quantity possible for OFF-SET printing. When the bookmarks arrived, they looked good, so I re-ordered another 100 of the exact same order.
The re-order arrived and looked terrible -- grainy, pixelated & the paper stock was thinner. It was also packaged in 2 separate envelopes of 50 each. I emailed Overnight Prints, and they replied that "printing irregularities" sometimes occur & they would re-run the job.
When the re-run arrived, it was just as terrible as the previous batch -- exactly as terrible. At first, I couldn't understand how a printing fluke could randomly happen twice. Again, it arrived in 2 envelopes of 50 each.
I finally realized that the bookmarks had been DIGITALLY PRINTED, NOT OFF-SET PRINTED, which is what I paid for! Digital printing can be done in quantities as small as 50, whereas the minimum quantity for off-set printing is 100. Although I had paid for the more expensive off-set printing, they had run my job on a cheaper digital printer & cheaper paper -- twice. That's why the quality was noticeably worse that my original "test" order.
When I notified Overnight Prints to tell them about their mistake & to ask them to correctly print my order on the OFF-SET printer, they said they don't reprint orders more than once, so I could only get a refund. They customer service rep also mentioned that they are not in the same facility as the printing factory, so they have no idea what goes on in the factory.
As a graphic designer who has worked with many printing companies across the country, I was astonished at the poor quality & crappy service. Overnight Prints does NOT care about getting the job done correctly & makes no effort to retain customers. Because their prices are cheap, they only care about volume. I will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I took my business to 4over4.com, where they have an art technician examine your files to make sure they will print properly, AND they send you an online proof -- BEFORE they charge your credit card! Don't trust Overnight Prints with any important jobs.

Great Customer Service with Overnight Prints
"Recently had a great experience. I submitted my artwork for upcoming concerts and shortly after submitting the order I had a band cancel. Overnight prints put the order on hold for me until I could rebook another band and resubmit the artwork."

Be happy Overnight!
My friend Raj Sareen and the CEO of styku.com used to spend a lot of money for his prints and always get late prints with bad quality papers. I told him about Overnight Prints. It was shocking to me that he didn't know about it. From that day on he always send his prints to overnight prints. He's one happy guy now! Great Quality Control and Customer service
I have been a customer over two year and have received excellent service. I submitted an order last week for about $1,500 worth of printing. One item was for presentation folders, when printed the camera ready artwork did not bleed properly to the edges. The quality inspection caught the issue and contacted me immediately to see if this was intentional or an error. Their quick action allowed for correction of this issue prior to delivery which saved a lot time and effort on my part. I would be glad to recommend Overnight Prints based on my experience and the level of customer service I have received.

Save the Date postcards
Ordered 100 postcards last week, uploaded my own design on their website. Received them in the mail yesterday (4 days early) and the quality was fantastic! I had one side high gloss, and the other no gloss. Perfect! They thickness was better than I anticipated. Overall exceeded my expectations. I'll be using this company for my future printing needs. I recommend overnight prints not just because of the great quality, profeesional work and the quick turn around. Tonight I noticed a problem with my order and even after three calls for help each person was a person and not just someone reading the screen. Custermer service in 2012 it's almost unheard of. One amazing Printing company!
Hands down the best printing company online! I purchased business cards from other printing companies in the past and was always disappointed by the size and thickness of the card.
Well that went away when I found Overnight Prints!
Their card stock is superb, I have received countless compliments on how durable and how thick my Business cards were.
I will never use another printing company!!! Overnight Prints exceeds my expectations when it comes to customer service, products, friendly etc etc etc. What more could you possibly ask for?

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company. It's obvious that they pride themselves on excellent customer service. I had some trouble designing a few business cards using their online system and Curtis (my rep) was amazing, he was knowledgeable and kind; immediately defusing my frustration.
