Great Mattress!!!
I recently purchased a Regalis HD memory foam mattress from Select Foam because I wasn't willing to pay the money for Tempurpedic. I could not be happier with my bed. My previous mattress left me feeling sore and exhausted every morning when I woke up, but with my Regalis,I now wake up feeling well rested and refreshed. So happy I saved the money and went with Select Foam.

GREAT customer service
Several weeks back I ordered a Prodigy (from Leggett and Pratt) from Select Foam. I had asked them to hold it for a while until we were finished with some renovations. In the meantime I determined that the KIng size bed would in fact fit in our spare room so we decided to go ahead and order the bed. We ordered bed from another place but in the meantime I called Juan and asked him to go ahead and order the bed adjustable frame and get it shipped, not realizing he would in turn have to order it from Leggett and Pratt. A day after I had him order it I got a call saying that the BED would be delivered this week (EARLIER Than I was told) so I called Juan back and asked him what we could do to get a rush put on this. He did everything possible including paid extra out of his profit to expedite the shipping on the frame. The frame was ordered on Monday and alreaDY SHIPPED and has been delivered… I am extremely happy with that service since these days customer service is pretty much non-existant with so many companies. He could have just said, sorry this is the best we can do but he went the extra mile and I am a very happy customer.. Now to get the bed all set up and FINALLY get to sleep on it.

Same Quality Better Price Than Tempur
Select foam has a pretty good "memory foam" mattress product. I give it an A- overall. I tried a lot of different solutions and really didn't want to spend the money on Tempur so I decided to try out Select Foam. Their website offered a 30 day money back guarantee at the time I was looking so I gave them a shot...
I read a lot of their reviews about customer service, but I didn't have much of a problem. If you pay attention to the deal and sometimes the fine print then you know what to expect.
I pulled the trigger and ordered the Regalis because I knew I wanted memory foam, but wasn't sure if the Tempur price was for the "brand" or for the quality. Either way, I tried Tempur in the stores (liked the feel), but didn't like the price point... that is why I eventually went with select foam.
Mattress arrived in about 3 weeks which is a little longer than I wanted, but once it was on the frame it was pretty much amazing! First night on the mattress was a little strange/different, but the sleep was great... it just took a little getting used to.
Just to make sure I got a good value I went back to the store to see if I could tell the difference between Tempur and select foam and I have to say that I could not tell the difference in the feel or quality. Branding is different and price is different, but the quality is essentially the same.

Great Mattress - 5 months old
Bought my Regalis HD from Juan about 5 months ago and it is the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in decades. Since comparing the Regalis HD to the Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody - which Select Foam allowed me to try out for Up To 90 Days! - I noticed that Select Foam's Regalis HD felt better and gave me a superior all-around rest than the comparable Tempur-Pedic. In fact, I did not even need the entire 90 day trial to decide between the two. Select Foam's Regalis HD has performed beyond my expectations and I am the most satisfied I've been in years with both my sleep quality and budgeting (I saved about 50% compared to Tempur-Pedic's Rhapsody).
I ordered it early in the morning (at 2:00 AM EST) on a Wednesday and I was surprised that a live-person was actually there to respond to my order. Juan, the sales representative at Select Foam was very helpful, kind, and informative when discussing the different product lines Select Foam has to offer relative to other comparable brands. My wife and I have had a wonderful time dealing with Matt, Juan, and Chris, and look forward to continuing to have quality rest for the perfect price!

FRAUD - RIP OFF
Bought a bed base and mattress from select foam - delivered 2/12/12. Mattress is falling apart! Notify Juan who told me to take pictures and email to Chris. I did and all I have gotten are LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES !
I was told the mattress would be replaced. It has NOT. 1st told, whse. Mgr didn't respond because his cancer returned. Then that he died. Now I go back to my original emails about the delivery to find those were with Chris too!
I want a refund! NOW ! $1700 for the mattress that is in shreds!
Made the mistake of trusting Sears -- ordered on their website and used that credit card.
FRAUD ! ! ! ! ! BEWARE ! ! ! ! !
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SELECT FOAM.
AS SOMEONE ELSE WROTE....JUAN AND CHRIS ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND FRAUD !

You have to reach out to us! Mattress Being ripped to Shreds? That makes absolutely no sense, and simply asa function of the bed and what it is a made of, it is tough to believe that this could happen. That being said, when you buy from us you become part of the Select Foam Family, and as such, we stand behind your bed for life.
Please reach out to me directly, (Matt 786-301-2914) so I can address this issue myself. If your bed truly is damaged, we will replace this bed, and assess what went wrong so i never happens again. I will not pretend that our company is perfect, but you either are grossly overstating a very minor issue, or you have grossly understated your need for a warranty claim.

Excellent!
I bought a twin extra long Virgo mattress (now called the Conform 8")and a 3" topper from Selectfoam. Both are extremely comfortable and supportive, and you can tell that the memory foam is of very high quality. Although the mattress took a few weeks to be delivered (which I later discovered is not the norm and was due to a high amount of orders), the wait was well worth it. I know have more restful sleep without tossing or turning. I was also happy to have obtained a Tempurpedic-like bed, but at a fraction of the cost! Regarding Selectfoam's customer service: it is excellent. You can call practically anytime. I have been able to talk to John--a Selectfoam customer service representative--on Sundays as well as late on the weekdays (does he ever get any time off?--ha ha!). In my experience, Selectfoam's customer service representatives have always been very professional and ready to assist me with any questions I have. Lastly, a word of caution: if ordering a memory foam topper without the cover, do be careful to not pull the topper, as it can easily rip. I learned this the hard way which resulted in a small tear on the corner of the topper. I would recommend buying the cover to prevent this from happening.

FRAUD!
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a mattress in Sept. 2011 for my husband who is a quadriplegic. The foam was not what they advertised and I returned it. In that space of time the website information changed. So, the first thing I would recommend is not to purchase but if you do, print everything and get it in black and white. They asked for my card so they could process the return and then I come to find that they had removed an additional $297 from my account. I called my bank and the bank rep was able to reach someone and that was taken care of instantly otherwise it would have been fraud in that instance. But to this day I haven't received the refund on the mattress. It is not risk free. They will charge you for shipping only supposedly when you return the mattress. I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank tomorrow. I have e-mail proof of their promises and pictures of the foam mattress. I am with another customer who gave a poor rating, these reviews aren't all true, honest reviews. Memoryfoam and select foam are scammers and frauds. Go ahead Juan and Chris (probably fake names as well)mark this as funny but really you guys are pathetic and sad why not just do your jobs instead of ripping people off?
Edited to add: If you still aren't sure, just check BBB, I did and it's not pretty. Filing my own to the rest.
3/27/12 IN RESPONSE TO MATT: I had already given my card number twice. The second time was when the error was made and additional money was taken out. I have an e-mail from Juan to Chris saying that I felt uncomfortable giving my information after my account was debited again. Juan also said in the same e-mail to Chris a check could be cut for the refund and my card WASN'T NEEDED. So your argument holds no water.
5/6/12- Called gave my CC to John Quintero 3 weeks ago...still no refund. Like I said FRAUD. Letting my bank deal with it now.
5/21/12- Contacted Juan/John Q. They have my credit card on file but insinuated that I must change my review to say they gave me my money back in order to actually get my money back, review can still be negative but must say that- along the lines of coercion or blackmail, wouldn't you say? Lucky for me my bank was third party and recording the convo. Now turned over to Florida DA. Will upload audio to my blog when I receive it from bank just do a search. I work for a well known blog network and have amassed plenty of readers over the past 8 years. You all can hear for yourselves at that point.
Juan/John/Chris/ Matt- I will update this post when I receive my money back in my account and only then.

Satisfied with service and value
Select Foam in my opinion is about value. I dont have the money to spend 4 or 5 or even 6 thousand dollars on a mattress (yes, it gets that expensive. shop around...) and I don't see that changing soon. I've had one of theirs for a almost a year and it feels like it did when I bought it. I never tried tempurpedic or others but I cant imagine them feeling much better than my mattress, at least not for the outrageous prices they charge. In terms of service things were good, a little slow but the man I spoke with was very nice and seemed to know what he was talking about. I really like my mattress and have to say it makes me sleep better.

slowest turnaround time I have ever seen…
I have been waiting to receive my mattress topper for 2 1/2 weeks and have still not received it. I was informed by email when I placed the order that a tracking # would be sent to me, and I still haven't received one. After 3 calls I finally reached a representative who informed me that my order did ship & I should receive it by today or tomorrow. That was 3 days ago and still nothing. I then went to memoryfoam.com & clicked the "order tracking" link. After trying multiple times on firefox & safari, all I got were error messages each time.
I'm sure this company makes great products, but I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you want to wait 3+ weeks to receive your order…

We could not ship out your order because you submitted the order with incorrect billing information (the transaction did not process). A representative attempted to call you the same week and was able to get a hold of you towards the end of the week. Once we cleared up the billing information, we were able to ship the product out the same day. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding but we cannot release products ordered until we receive the funds. This company was very professional. You aren't going to find a better price on memory foam online. On a side note: this company sells actual memory foam mattresses. These are not the cheap things you find on Amazon. Select Foam mattresses are on par with Tempurpedic. But they are much less expensive. Much. I saved about $1400 on my King.

I had a great experience with Select Foam personally. Have you tried shopping for mattresses online?? Selectfoam.com is one of the few sites that explains memory foam well AND gives Tempurpedic comparisons. Very helpful and easy.

The memory foam mattress is good so far but customer service is terrible. I ordered the massage feature and it is a big rip off. It is so loud that you can't even enjoy the massage. I ordered a king size bed and received a massager that fits a twin bed. I sent 5 emails and no response. Finally I called and he said "no returns". He told me it wasn't meant to fall asleep to. The bottom line is don't order the massage feature, it is a $200 rip off.
If you are looking for good customer service after the sale, look at a different website!

YOU DID NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR THE MASSAGE FEATURE; it was given to you free of charge (Complimentary). 9 out of 10 people that receive that item end up satisfied with it, and I respect- and am sorry- that you were unsatisfied with it, but we cannot give you money back for something that you received for free.
You can send it back to us if you want to, but we cannot give you credit for it.
I emailed you directly, and I hope you get back to us; I spoke with our customer service team and they were perplexed as to how to respond to your request. This doesn't excuse the lack of communication, but I did only see 2 emails, not 5.

Great company that will bend over backwards to satisfy their customers!
For a large purchase like a memory foam mattress, it can be a leap of faith to buy off the internet. I took the leap and couldn't be happier. I love my Regalis Cali King. I have one at my home and wanted one for my vacation home in FL. I thought the Grande might even be better than my Regalis, so I ordered one for my home. Select Foam agreed to send the new Grande to my home and coordinate inexpensive shipping of my original Regalis to FL.
After receiving the Grande it was a stunningly beautiful, plush mattress. However, I couldn't get used to the plushness of the mattress after a couple of weeks. I realized I missed my Regalis. I contacted Matt, the owner, and he graciously agreed to exchange my Grande for a Cali King Regalis to be sent to my home in FL, and another Queen Regalis for my son at home. Matt then picked up the Grande.
The Grande was an unbelievably plush and thick mattress. Very much like some the beds in the higher end hotels I've stayed in, only better! After sleeping on the Regalis for a year I just missed the firmness of it. Both are great choices and you can't go wrong with either.
I've found Select Foam to be a very customer service oriented company, with a high quality product at a fantastic price!
I highly recommend Select Foam.

I bought 2 adjustable beds with memory toppers for my elderly parents about a month ago and they love them and have never slept better.
The level of service I received from the salesman was excellent and they delivered the whole order complete, exactly when they said they would, and installed and trained my parents on how to use the adjustable bed. Everyone associated with this company has been professional, courteous, and they took the time to explain the different types of beds and the benefits of each one.
I am extremely satisfied and I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying any bedding products. As a matter of fact, I will probably be using them for my personal bed in the very near future.

After visiting my family in Florida and sleeping on their select foam memory foam bed, I had to buy my own. My memory foam bed is amazing! I work in a hospital and am on my feet in the operating room for sometimes greater than 12 hours a day. I can't wait to get home and just lay in my bed because I sleep so well. I have recommended these beds to all my friends because they are a great price and so comfortable. Definitely an investment in your sleep!

Our Select Foam mattress has been everything that it was advertised to be. We received the mattress with no problems and easily put it in place in a few short minutes. The mattress is absolutely the best I have ever had in my life. The support is great and I am able to fully rest. The foam does get warmer than other styles of beds so we are playing around with what topper works best to keep cool. That being said, it is minor, compared to the comfort of the select foam mattress.

Glad you are liking the bed. We use an airflow layer, breathable memory foam, and coolmax-style covers. There is a small percentage of people that still experience warmth in their mattresses (foam and traditional). Adding a mattress protector or Chill-i-Pad will relieve this.

So much drama here! It's sad to see companies/individuals smearing Select Foam because my experience with the company with all around positive. So, here's my story, take it for what it's worth: It was time to purchase a new mattress, after waking up sore and constantly rolling over all night long. I also wanted to get a king size, so that my wife and I would have plenty of room. I researched for many days, and decided on Select foam. I am glad I did. I am very satisfied both with the comfort and price. I fall asleep so quickly and do not roll over continuously like before. I feel really rested even after just 5 hours of sleep, but usually sleep 7 to 9 hours. It is firm enough to support my body. I also like how motionless it is when my wife or myself get up or get back into bed. I truely recommend this product. The matress arrived with 10 days of ordering which I though was pretty good.
