driver who said he would wait, when I got there he was cool about the whole thing. Nice people cool scooter! Overall my experience has been great.

after money was recieved, no customer service
I paid for my scooter on 5/13, I was supposed to get a military discount- the site would not allow me to put in for it, when I typed in the item description, it came up incorrect product. Well I paid then called, they would not refund the discount. Said
I had to take a store credit. I finally got someone on the15th. I was told the bike would ship on the 16th. On the 17th, Kevin called me and said the bike still had not shipped and he would get his supervisor and find out something then call me back the same
day. It is now the 19th, no call, no email, or anything. Tomorrow will make 1 week since they have been paid and I still don't know what is going on or where the tribe is. As far as the store credit- the 1 helmet I saw online for my wife, they said was out
of stock. And when I asked for a cover instead, they didn't have that either. So I guess I'm out 40 dollars. The site says that items would ship in 2-3 business days. Tomorrow will make 6. Be careful when ordering. It looks like this company has the same amount
of bad reviews as they do good ones. Maybe I should have spent a few more bucks and I probably would have had my bike by now. I hope this is helpful.

i'm writing to apologize for my review below. Superiorpowersports has been very helpful in straighteninging everything out. It appears that the scooter i purchased didn't match the exact specifications as on the site, but superiorpowersports has made everything
right and I am happy with my order. Buying chinese scooters, atvs, ect. online can be risky, but superiorpowersports is the best! the shipping only took me 8 days which is unbelievable! So far my scooter is running well after i did my own PDI and replaced
the fuel line and the spark plug. It's kind of a pain but worth doing. check out this site for instructions on how to do your own PDI http://x1scooters.com/pdi.html. Overall my wife and I are happy with the scooter and as long as we take good care of it and
do all the matinence it should run great and the scooter will be worth the money. I do say superiorpowersports is the best online chinese powersport site, but i do not recommend chinese for everyone. They do require more work and matinence, but if you are
willing to do your own repairs, it's worth what you save compared to a Honda. Just know that the quality will not be anywhere near a Honda, but the engine is pretty solid and parts are cheap. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, now that the issue i had was

I purchased my scooter about two months ago and it has been really a great experience thanks to the staff at Superior Powersports!!! Their sales reps were very attentive and helpful when I called in to chose which scooter is good for me, they also guided
me through the process of registration and recommended me about the best way to do maintenance as well. I have my first oil change last week which is very easy thanks to their tech's guidance. I really liked their tech supports that worked there because they
were honest and kind. I recommend changing your scooter's oil yourself, it's very easy and simple, call Superior powersports if you need help and they will gladly assist you. So far I love my scooter and getting around the city has been so easy since I got
it!! I recommended this place to many of my friends already, it is good to find a trustworthy internet dealer these days!!!

Expect Poor Customer Service
******This is an update of an earlier review! I finally spoke with Emily on the phone, who promised to look into the problem, she said over the phone and in an email that she would call me back the next day and tell me what they would do about it, Well
it's been a week and still no call, ha ha, I guess I kind of expected that. Anyways i filed a paypal claim and they countered my partial refund request by telling me to ship the scooter back unused at my expense. This is insane, shipping would cost $300 bucks
or more for me! Well this is insulting. I thought a small partial refund with be a quick, easy and "grown up" way of fixing their mistake, but instead they're playing games. Anyways, I still hope we can resolve the problem, but i'm not too hopefull. Potential

are basically the same, but the wheel size was different, the one i ordered had 13" wheels, which is a major reason why i purchased it, well the one i got had smaller wheels. When i called I asked for emily and was told she wasn't at work yet. So Penni told
me she would talk to her manager about my problem she came back on the phone and said her manager said to email pictures and the exact problem, i said i would, but asked to speak with the manager, she said i couldn't because she was in a meeting, i asked who
her manager was, she replied, Emily. So she straight up lied about Emily not being there when i originally called then said she was in a meeting. I called Penni out on her lie and she didn't seemed to be phased by being caught in a lie. I threatened to file
a complaint with paypal. The very next day the description of the scooter i bought was changed to match the tire size of the scooter i received (smaller tire size). they did this to prevent me from having proof that they made a mistake.

Great Buy, Great Service, Highly Recommended
I ordered a Tao Tao 150cc scooter from this company on Feb 12th, 2013 and I am gonna say that I am extremely happy with my purchase. My scooter was delivered on Feb 20th and It was in perfect condition. I have a little problem installing the rear trunk,
but was able to get help from their tech department easily (Rule number one, always buy a scooter from a dealer who have actual mechanics). Their mechanic was not only helping me with my trunk assembly, but he also patiently explain about the tips and tricks
to maintain my scooter and make it runs even better. I would definitely do business with Superior Powersoprts again without hesitation and would recommend this company to anyone else. Great price and service for a good quality product.

Thank you for selling me a great quality product. My shipping got a bit delayed but everything still went pretty well with the delivery. The bike arrived in a good condition. It runs great without any problem, I do recommend to change the oil after the first 200-300 miles with a higher grade synthetic oil. Their staff are friendly and very nice. Thank you again for being prompt and selling a good quality merchandise.

Recommended, Great Customer Service Compared to Others
I purchased a motorcycle from this store a couple weeks ago and I am very happy with my purchase. I did shopped around so I know that I was getting a great deal. Their prices were better than most of the deals that I saw on the internet as well as my local dealership. I dealt with 2 different sales person. They were both very nice and helpful. Jeff, the service manager was also very nice and through in explaining to me how to set up my motorcycle. They also have variety of helmets and other accessories which priced really good. I will be back for sure and recommend my friends.

This review is based on my experience with SPS SO FAR!
Placed my order on 2/11/13 with a very nice sales rep named Emily.
Got an email on 2/20/13 saying my order was shipped on 2/19/13,and my tracking no.
Called the carrier that night,and was told they don't have 12 digit tracking numbers,and
In fact,have no info on me OR my order! SO..I called the carrier AGAIN the next day,and
Was told the same thing!
Hung up and called SPS,and talked to sales rep Emily,and explained my problem.
She told me that,that tracking number wasn't in there system either!
She said she would look up the original paperwork,and call me back,since
She thought the number was typed in wrong.
I ended up calling HER back that night,and was told the info they sent me,was correct!
So..SPS shipping manager is supposed to call the carriers manager tomorrow 2/22/13!
Bottom line is so far NO ONE knows where the hell my scooter even is right now!
I'm EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with my experience with SPS so far,and I'm bordering
On ANGRY! I will update this review when I get more info.

I decided to purchase my scooter from Superior Powersports even after reading a mixed review. After all they have been in business for a while and have a warehouse in California, so it is good to know that they are not going to close and run away after taking my money. My sales rep Marvin is really helpful and thoughtful with me, he assisted and showed me which scooter works best for me, the order was processed in timely manner, I got the scooter in less than two weeks. Everything works out great, I love my scooter and will recommend this company.

Great Customer Service..........until they have your money.
Bought a Scooter 3 months ago. This outfit is about one thing and one thing only. Selling you a product. After that, you are on your own. Warranty? Forget about it! You bought it, it's your problem now baby! Technical support? A joke! In the three months I've had the scoot, there have been several problems. None major. No PDI was done on this scooter. It wouldn't run when I got it. 2 business days and no return call back from tech support. I did my own PDI and found vacuum lines not connected and the valve lash way too tight.(5 calls to tech support and NEVER got a call back) The Mirrors defective out of the box. No help from SPS, so I bought better aftermarket mirrors. One month in and the vacuum fuel valve failed. No help or replacement from technical or customer support. I figured out the problem myself and replaced the valve. By the way, there is no way to adjust the mixture on the carburetor as the mixture adjustment screw is blocked. (a CA emissions thing, but I live in FL) I had to replace the Carb. If I hadn't been working on car, boat, and motorcycle engines all my life, I'd have been out of luck.
Superior Powersports will give you a good price on a Chinese scooter. But the bottom line is they don't have enough profit margin to offer any meaningful warranty or support. If you have mechanical skills, You'll probably be fine. But if you aren't comfortable fixing and maintaining, pay a couple hundred more and buy from a local shop you can trust.
Did I mention they wouldn't send the registration paperwork until I received the scooter and gave them the VIN #? I couldn't register the scooter when I got it. REALLY, you'd think they would know the VIN # of the scoot they sold me.

Superior Powersports - 2 Quads NOT RUNNING (Brand New)
I'm not one to write reviews (positive or negative) but thought I'd share my experience with you because of the overwhelming feeling of disappointment I've had with this company. I purchased 2 quads for my children (10 years and 8 years) for Christmas.
ISSUE #1: They sent WRONG helmet size. I called them and they said they "upgraded" to a bigger size b/c the didn't have my sizes in stock. They didn't tell me, they just sent wrong size and now my kids won't have a helmet for Christmas. 14 days and waiting for them to send me a return slip which they said they would do. They keep saying "I'm waiting for manager approval" which they said they already had.
ISSUE #2: Quad #1 - Upon assembling/unpacking, fuel filter was cracked, fuel line disconnected, not fuel cut off switch, and it leaks gas. I bought new fuel line/cut off switch and new fuel filter and put on. Carb leaks gas and DOES NOT START. 14 DAYS and counting for their "technical support" to call me back. My daughter was in tears that her quad didn't work. I hope they can fix it before my warranty expires. THIS WAS BRAND NEW AND NEVER EVER WORKED!!! I've gone through EVERY troubleshooting technique in the book (wrong book shipped with quad by the way). Still NOT WORKING.
Issue #3: Quad #2 - Worked at first, but now doesn't. It's only been run 3 times and now the chain popped. And...it doesn't start at all. (Fully charged and went through every trouble shooting guide in the book). It's brand new and only after three times on, the quad isn't running. My son is so upset now...just like his litter sister.
Quads are not what I expected and I'm so very DISAPPOINTED. I wanted to buy inexpensive quads b/c I know my kids will outgrow them, but maybe I should have bought a honda or polaris or other quality name brand quad.
To be fair, I will update this post when/if Superior Powersports resolves these issues.

Terrible Customer Service
I placed an order for a Christmas gift, I provided the shipping company and the pickup was refused by Superior Powersports. I have been on the phone with Sandy the customer service manager( oxy-moron).
I now have to drive to the transportation terminal ( 3 hours) to pick up a go kart I paid to have shipped.
Very very bad customer service, now I am a bit nervous about the quality of the product!!!
Besides the bad service Sandy displayed a cold heart, no moral obligation to try to help with the problem she had caused.........so very sorry for her!

Great Customer Service, Delivery in Timely Manner.
This company have one of the best and friendly customer service in their industry. I want to thank their sales rep for taking care of our order in timely manner. I bought three new ATVs for me and my friends, got the tracking number two days later and the ATVs about a week later, I also received the complimentary gloves 2 days after the ATVs. Their product was nicely packaged and easy to assemble. They have in house mechanic that you can call if you need help assembling your ATVs. I am very happy with their service and product overall, thank you Superior Powersports.

Second Purchase and I am Happy With It!!!
I purchased my second scooter from Superior powersports and am extremely happy with it. They continue to impress me with their outstanding customer service and fast delivery time. Their price is always competitive and one of the lowest!!! you would pay around $500 more to buy these scooter in local dealership. Their scooters comes in a crate and fully assembled. You only need to put the mirrors and trunk. Overall I am very happy with my second purchase, and i will definitely recommend you guys.

Unprofessional, Liars, and Thieves
The above are a few of the positives I can say about this sham of a company. When I was in the process of purchasing my scooter they were quick and responsive, then they received my money and everything changed. I was told my scooter would ship on a Friday or the following Monday and I would get tracking information. I called on the following Wednesday and was told That it had shipped on Monday and that the shipping company was backed up and that is why I hadn't received the tracking information. I sent an email on Friday and week had passed since it should have shipped stating I wanted tracking information or my money back. They sent me an email stating that they would have my tracking information that afternoon, but they were wrong about it leaving Monday that it actually had shipped Thursday. I was angry about being lied to, so they offered a buy helmet get a 2nd free, so I paid with PayPal for the order. I picked a helmet that was on back order until the following week, so I checked back and was told that the helmet was in stock and shipping that day or the next. Well 10 days later no helmet or shipping info. I called and they stated that the helmets were never in stock, I cancelled my order and asked for my money back, 8 days and waiting for that. As for the scooter, when I got it the box was in perfect shape no need to give a negative review to the shipping company. I opened up the box and the windshield had a huge scratch and there were a few plastic pieces with the connecting tabs broken, I filed a claim and was told that since I didn't state that there was damage to the box they were not responsible for the damage, it was all minor so no big deal. I got the scooter out and put the few things together that needed assembled and got it running. My battery kept dieing, so I took it to a buddy that is a mechanic and found that everything was wired incorrectly and had to have that fixed, then did some routine maintenance and found that they had used blue windshield fluid to fill the cooling system instead of antifreeze. This could have been bad since the scooter is being stored in a detached garage in PA during the winter. Moral of the story DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!!

I just bought my second scooter from them, it is a birthday gift for my sister. Their sales person is always very helpfull and pleasing to deal with, I got my scooter in about 8 days, the scooter came fully assembled in the crate and easy to pull out and put together. Superior powersports even includes a birthday card for my sister!!!. My sister loves her scooter so much, it runs great!!!. She is using it daily to go to school. Thank you Superior for your outstanding customer service once again.
