The Movers Group is incompetent and are crooked
Do Not use this company under any circumstances. The "salesmen" on teh telephone Anthony is very good at his job and knows how to make a person feel secure in their choice of The Movers Group, however, thats as far as it goes. THEY ARE CROOKS! I assisted the movers in packing 3 very valuable antique lamps into one big box that I supplied. During the packing of this box, 2 of the movers expressed to me how much they admired one of the lamps. I then, stupidly told them it had been in the family for many years and was a valuable antique. I watched the box containing 3 lamps being sealed and leaving on a wheeled cart from the apartment in NYC. Upon delivery of furniture at destination in Florida, only 2 lamps were delivered in 2 separate boxes. When I asked the foreman where the 3rd lamp was, he stated "I think it broke in New York". Needless to say, only 2 of the 3 lamps were delivered and the 2 lamps that were delivered were delivered in 2 separate boxes instead of the originally packed box that contained all 3 lamps. This leads me to believe that the original box with 3 lamps was opened, the lamp that has never arrived was stolen and the remaining 2 lamps were repacked in 2 separate boxes.
After numerous telephone messages left unanswered, I realized that I had been taken and cannot believe that they actually get away with stealing the posessions of people that pay them for services. They should be forced out of business. Totally crooked with no reproach.

Movers Group is highly recommended by us
Thanks to my friend who had recently moved with the help of Movers Group helped me to decide on giving them a try. To tell you the truth the company deserves a good review. Right from the initial phone talk these guys were excellent in customer service and were professional too . On the moving day 2 well built guys showed up on time, they were extremely efficient in moving everything out and did not damage a single item and were very thorough with blanketing and shrink-wrapping all breakable items. Movers Group is highly recommended by us to people who are looking forward for their moving needs.
