I was sold the first day your technician came to give us the estimate. He showed us his credentials and was very informative about what he had found. My insurance sent over another company for an estimate and didn’t talk to us much, and I felt as if he wasn’t interested or didn’t know what he was doing. Your technician was right on top of it all and knows his stuff. He made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions and more. When I got the authorization for the clean up, I had to choose between your company and the one my insurance company sent. There was no doubt in my mind-The Water Damage Experts had it hands down and you proved it to us with a great crew, excellent job and prompt, clean service. Thanks guys!

Professional Water Damage Service I had water damage flood in my bedroom so I called this company, which was referred by my insurance agent. The technicians responded quickly & sucked up water from my carpets & left some drying machines. I don't know about the cost since they billed my insurance company & only collected my $500.00 deductible. They came to check on the progress everyday, always kept me informed of their progress & finished the job after 4 days. Everything is now back to normal & they did a great job. I hope I don't have another flood in my home again, but these guys really saved me.

I had a flood in my guest bathroom and my plumber referred this company since there was also "moldy" odor. The Water Damage Experts' technician was professional & a very good communicator. He showed me the extent of the water intrusion with his camera. He gave me an estimate for the job at $1132.00. I asked if this was covered by my insurance, and their tech recommended that I call my Allstate agent to find out. Turns out that my deductible is $1000, so I basically had to pay for it out of my own pocket, rather than putting a claim in. After hearing this & my complains about the economy( I was out of work for 4 months & just started a new job). The technician offered to discount the entire bill down to $700.00, in order to help me out. I ask if I could pay 1/2 when he finished & the other 1/2 after 30 days, and he agreed without charging me any interests! I know that these guys work on commission, so he was basically giving up some of his money just to take care of me. I really appreciated this, because the economy has been really hard on our family. I hope I won't need this type of service ever again, but it's good to know a reputable company like this one.

My entire living room got flooded, so I found this company on the internet. The lady that answered was very polite & reassuring. The two men arrived at my place within 1 hour as promised. They were professional & explained everything to my satisfaction before starting the work. I can not comment on their pricing because I've never had this type of service before, but they dealt with my insurance adjuster & billed them, so it only cost me my insurance deductible so far. My adjuster also indicated that she was pleased with their work. Happy to say that after 5 days, my place is back to normal, as if nothing ever happened.

I have used Water Damage Experts on many occasions for the past several years, since I manage multiple communities in the Los Angeles area. They have always provided me with prompt service, reasonable charges and excellent communication. I've never had any issues with their work. My company has used The Water Damage Experts on three separate occasions in the past 4 years. They have responded within 60 minutes most of the time, which is critical in order to minimize further damage. They always kept me informed of their progress & cost of each job daily. Having been a property manager for over 10 years, I've dealt with many different water damage companies in the past, but none have shown the level of expertise & consistency that Water Damage Experts has provided.

I had a previous water damage in my master bathroom, and there was visible mold?(blackish substance) and smell in my bedroom/bathroom area. I called this company to do an inspection in my master bedroom & bathroom. Their technician was professional & used an infrared camera to rule out any ongoing moisture intrusion. He then informed me of the process & cost of a mold inspection and indicated that it would take 3-5 business days to get the results back from the laboratory. He also set-up a small containment(plastic cover) in my bathroom area where visible discoloration was--free of charge! Well, I was pleasantly surprised the next day when he called & emailed me the lab results & explanation. This company did an excellent job and $787.00 for knowledge and peace of mind is a great deal in my opinion.
