Time to Hire has been integral in our company finding sales reps. We have used other various methods to recruit representatives but have had the most success with Time to Hire. If you have not tried them I would absolutely give them a shot!

Exceeded Our Expectations!
We're a very small, but expanding, advertising business specializing in promotional media for medical offices. We didn't have a lot of money to spend on recruiting, so we tried for months to find qualified and eager outside sales reps on our own only to come up with dud after dud.
Enter Time to Hire. These guys have so many positive reviews for a reason: Their service works!
We were, honestly, a little unprepared for the influx of calls, emails, and voicemails that came in during the recruiting campaign they put together for us this week. We were hoping for 1-3 experienced "go-getters" who were satisfied with a commission-only compensation structure (which is not easy to find even at our very generous commission rate), and we've ended up with 6 solid sales reps who will start next week and about 10 more who have great potential and may be starting very soon.
Our only regret was not trying them out sooner. Best investment we've made in our business so far, by far!

Cost and TIme Effective
We used TTH's services with very good results about a month ago. As this was our first engagement with TTH and an experiment we can confirm that the service is tremendous. We had very distinct criteria for the sales people we were seeking and the responses from qualified candidates were exceptional. While TTH's staff provided us with extensive training and advice with respect to administration of incoming calls/emails, we were not set-up adequately for the massive influx of candidates. We shall be engaging TTH soon for a different market area.

This is the best Money of have ever spent in hiring sales people
Rose and Time to hire have been just Great! The whole process worked, we are probably going to hire 2 new Sales people. I would definitely use this everywhere we go as we expand nationally. We probably had 40-50 potential sales people call us back. Best Experience I have ever had in recruitment.

Cost Effective Recruitment Source
For anyone that has done extensive recruiting for their company, especially in multiple locations, you know the process can be very difficult and or expensive. We have tried just about every job board and resume searches you can think of, with very little return on investment.
For the same cost or less we have been able to use Time to Hire in multiple cities and get a large pool of candidates to speak to. They are able to pull qualified candidates from all of those job boards with little or no effort on your part.
Nothing is perfect but this is DRASTICALLY more cost and time efficient than other avenues. If you are clear on what you are looking for in a candidate, then this recruitment campaign that will work for you.

Time To Hire Works - And is cost Efficient!
We began to use Time To Hire about a month ago and have been very pleased.
We have had difficulty hiring direct sales representatives throughout the country for a myriad of different products and services but Time To Hire has been able to deliver results for each job.
They are very professional and easy to work with and provide a lot of flexibility for our company, which is important.

Great Company!

Their program will quickly find qualified sale professionals for you and for less cost.

Great results!
My phone didn't stop ringing for about a week after the ad was posted. Highly recommend as a recruitment tool for sales people! Be prepared to ask particular interview questions so that you can quickly move on to the next applicant (during the telephone interview phase). It depends on your industry, but if you're armed with a product or solution that is of interest to alesforce professionals - you can't go wrong!

Good job
We are venturing out to a new line of business and we used Time To Hire to help us with filling our sales position. The two representatives we had the pleasure of working with, guided us on the entire process and was ready and available for questions. With there help, we were able to find superior candidates in very little time. One Word....FANTASTIC!
My name is Justin Rodriguez with Private Label Enterprises in Florida. We sell exclusively to the Pet Industry and there are not alot of sales reps who are experienced in that field or know how explosive that field is to start selling in it.
We tried Monster.com, craigslist, Salesrephunter.com etc and got so little response it was crazy. I seen Chad's fee and I actually remember asking him is this PER HIRE? lol
He walked us through the entire process, assisted us in what looked good and what may deter people and we had a VERY successful campaign, We got around 45 calls and equally the same emails wanting to learn more.
We hired 10 reps, and have around 6 still waiting to come aboard. I am astonished at the level of service and results!

Originally I wasn't sure about the service, we were looking to help fill our new sales floor and concerned if anyone could help us find quality candidates that fit our needs.
