Don't take work off for a delivery


Scheduled a delivery and they messed up the appointment then told me that I would have to wait another few days for installation. Pretty frustrating. However, they have the only good internet where I live and I have to use them if I want to do more than check email. I filed a complaint and we'll see how they handle it.
