DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
Been dealing with this company since April 2010 and payed $3.500 to have them help us keep our house. They kept telling us to send the same paper work over and over and we send it and they tell us they didnt get it. Well they quit returning our calls and email. So thanks to them we lost our house and they took our money. I have still been tryig to get someone to tell me how i can get my money back and they dont answer. They were fast to take but didnt not help us keep our house. I did check the BBB on them and the have a A rating how is that when they took so many peoples money. Just sty away from this company they will NOT help u they will take your money and leave you with nothing like they did with us. I just want my money back!!

After working with them for 11 months took my 3000.00 to modify a home loan,and did nothing but kept asking for more paper work. I'd like to recoup my money!!!!

Stay away. They will not return your calls and if you do get somebody to answer they will tell you how busy they are. I have been waiting for over 3 months for them to submit my paper work. This is a huge headache and you will get nothing but disconnected numbers and frustrarion. Learn from me, stay away!!!

I have experienced the same problems with USLMP. I did a quick BBB search and they had an A- Rating. How is this possible? They have my money, now their phone number is suddenly no good. The agent assigned to me called me once. I faxed over all my documentation to him. Three weeks later, by some miracle, I got a hold of him to check the progress. He said he never received anything. A lie, I had a fax confirmation that showed it went through. Now, I'm facing loosing my home. I tried emails, phone calls, nothing!Please, everyone, report this company to:

Do not use this company. We lost over $2900.00. This company made us promises that they did not deliver, we tried contacting them but have been unsuccessful. Their phone has a recorded message stating that they can not receive any incoming calls and our emails have gone unanswered. It is ashame how these types of companies are allowed to stay in business. Last year when we were researching this company, they had a good rating with the BBB. Therefore we thought this was a reputable company, but we were wrong. I hope my review will spare other families of the hardship that we have experienced.

I wish I would have researched this company before giving them any money. After reading the other reviews mine is similar to all. This company took my families money and now I also am facing losing my home. I currently received a foreclosure notice. I was told that they (USLMP) was working on the modification with my lender. Only to find out from my lender that they only received one contact from USLMP in this 5 month period. I think this company just preys on people that need help and have little money to go elsewhere. I am looking into talking with my local DA to see if there is anything that I can do about getting our money back. I don't know how companies like this are able to stay afloat in the business work with all the bad comments, you think that they would get shut down or sued eventually. Does anyone know if there is a case against this company yet or if they have gotten sued yet by any other customers. Please email me at tarape@aspirus.org I would really appreciate it. Beforewarned, this is one of the most deceptive organizations there is. Daryl Washington is a con man. He lies and steals your money and then hides. They do absolutely nothing for you. When you push to get an answer they hide and claim the banks are not cooperating with them. They take your money upfront and because you are desperate you give it to them. The banks do not want to deal with them they know that but they have created a company that robs and steals from desperate home owners that need help.
Heather littleton, She has no clue what is going on. You never get a straight answer. They have misrepresnted themselves and are crooks creating jobs for themselves with your hard earned money.

I guess Ive gotten myself in the same situation as the rest of you. I wish I would have reviewed the company before. I am 5 months behind and they have been working on my case since August. Apparently they have not gotten my mortgage company the updated documents every time they have asked for them so the lender closed my file. Anyone get their money back or know how????????

USLMP; Weston & Wyatt whatever they go by it is a big SCAM. I would be interested to hear if anybody was able to get there money back and how they went about doing it. There old web page is gone. I called USLMP and since Weston & Wyatt is who I paid, they (USLMP) said I need to get a hold of Weston & Wyatt. Cost me $3600 after see a commercial on TV about Weston & Wyatt. I kept thinking that a TV broadcasting company would verify a company before they would allow a commercial on there network. Guess I was wrong. Please post back if you were able to receive some of your money back.

This company, aka, National Relief Group, Is a HUGE SCAM! We are now out $3000, trying to SAVE our home! We got feedback from them until they got all of our money, then not so much. I called at least once a week to check status, they just said "It's in the works". Well, I believed them until a sheriff showed up at our door with forclosure papers. When I called them to let them know this they just said it was fine.
I finally got worried enough to go to the courthouse to get the forclosure case continued. Then I called my mortgage company to see what's going on and make sure they recieved paperwork that I had faxed to NRG, aka USLMP, they had not. So I faxed EVERYTHING they should have already had, directly to them. I also heard from a former employee that contacted me directly to let me know that this company and NRG were scamming people out of their money. This is not right, especially knowing that people are getting forclosure letters and telling them to do nothing. I don't see how anyone who works for a company like this or NRG can sleep well at night, knowing that they taking people's hard earned money and not doing what they promised to do.
I would like to get a full refund of the $3000. And my husband and I are in the process of letting local government officials know what happened to us so that no one else is scammed out of their money. And to see what we can do to get our money back.
DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY OR NATIONAL RELIEF GROUP!

We were also taken for $3,000 and told we definitely qualified. It took about 6 months and when they could not get the modification, they would not return our money! They said they had provided us with a service. Now we are also facing losing our home and the legal fees! I have submitted a complaint with the BBB also on which this company has an "F" rating. At the time of the start of their service it was relatively high. So, you can see how this businesses practices have affected the rating through BBB! This company is taking advantage of the struggling people and providing them with empty promises!

When staritng my loan negotiations they were hired by Weston and Wyatt law firm to process what was supposed to be a easy process due to the criteria that we had met to get a loan modification.
End result a reduction for $100 for six months on our mortgage and no principal drop like we were qualified for, no interest rate reduction, which we were qualified for. Their promise to help was no help at all. $3,000 spent on this process between them and WEston and Wyatt against HSBC.
We were screwed.

This company along with its partner National Relief Group took $3000 from us with the promise that we would get a much reduced mortgage modification payment. And it would only take about 90 days! This was back in last Nov. We were told over and over that the modification just about completed and we would soon have our new docs. Well last week we called our mortgage company to see what our new payment was going to be, and to our shock....We were told that there is not any modification in the works for us. And that we had failed to turn in required paperwork every 30 days. Of Course USLMP never told us that paper work needed to be turned in every 30 days. They lied to us numerous times. On their web site they state they are BBB accredited and maintain an excellent BBB rating. Well go to BBB and you will find they are rated "F". I am going to fight to get our money back.

These guys produced results FAR GREATER than they estimated for me. "We make no guarantees, you may get better results, we estimate conservatively". Wow, I can keep my house! I almost cried when I opened the final modification proposal. The process is stressful and sometimes seems hopeless. USLMP told me what to expect and what to do at every step. I got nervous and angry sometimes, but they talked me down. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
USLMP ROCKS!
My mortgage payment is now half.
