Stay Away From Jennifer Williams and This Company FRAUDS, AND OUTRIGHT THIEVES

I too sent a complaint to the Bar. I do not know how these people scammed them (the Bar) but she did as well stating she has nothing to do with the loan modifications. I have lost my house and nothing is being done. I am filing another complaint disputing this as how in the world can people literally have a license to scam individuals out of their money, promising (literally guaranteeing) loan modifications and then claiming they having nothing to do with the company???? PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM HER AND ANY THING JENNIFER WILLIAMS IS AFFILIATED WITH. I am going after her and her PRACTICE for fraudulent practices AND GROSS MALPRACTICE. She needs to be DISBARRED. I not only paid her $5K+ I also lost one of my houses. The other one was reinstated but no loan mod. It wasn't reinstated by her firm. Once Jennifer's firm completely stopped communication with me, I dealt with the bank myself. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE....THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE HARDSHIPS THAT WE ARE FACING TODAY.

Cannot believe that Jennifer Williams is allowed to continue doing Load Mods.

Honestly I couldn't tell you if there are any legitimate loan modification companies out there, but if Jennifer Williams is in any way associated with this company than this is not a legitimate loan modification company!!! Someone at the State Bar needs to be fired for allowing her to keep her license. She has been disciplined and is currently on probation. I'm not sure how she finagled her way out of being suspended for 3 years, but she somehow managed to continue to de-fraud people. If she has helped you you are one of the very few. First off, it is ILLEGAL to ask for any money up front for assistance in a loan modification. Second, it should be a red flag when a "lawyer" moves around 5 or 6 times in the course of a few years. I was taken by Ms. Williams for $1,450. I had to take her to small claims court where I won a judgement against her which she never paid even though she was ordered to do so by the State Bar. If you still want to use this company after reading this review do so at your own risk!! All you have to do is look her up on the State Bar website.

Don't have a review other than Williams Litigation is the worse company I have had dealings with. They are borderline criminals.I want my money back I paid up front and received no help. The FTC should not allow these companies to get away with this.

OMG, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM....THEY ARE FRAUDS!! This company makes promises that they don't even attempt to keep. If you are looking for a modification firm, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! I hired this company back in October of 2010 and they insured me, actually GUARANTEED me that I met all of the guidelines for a modification on both my properties. They told me it would take three months!! They instructed me to STOP MAKING ANY AND ALL FUTURE HOUSE PAYMENTS. The banks denied me and I have sale dates on both of my houses. Before I hired them, I was not even close to a sale date. I am in a worse situation than before I contracted with them. They said they would reimburse me 100% (I have that in writing by the way) if they didn't get me a modification. They are saying that they have worked so many hours that I need to "do the math" on how much money I OWE THEM. They told me that when a person is in modification, that the credit bureau cannot hold that against a person's credit. Well guess what? That is NOT True and now they are denying they even said that. Tanya and Rick Nelson cannot be trusted. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, if not, you will probably lose your house!!!!

WLC help stop my sale 7/8/2010 only 3 days before the sale date I went to WLC office in Downtown LA to help me. Jennifer Williams the in house attorney accepted my case and through out the process assisted me with any questions I had about my case. Since then my loan has been modified based the Making Home Affordable Program my first payment will be Oct 1, 2010. I didn't have to come up with the $12,500 the pass due payments with Bank of America. The pass due payments were included in the modification. I'm currently saving $475 per month and facing a positive cash flow to maintain my home of 18 years.

Thank you,

I recently completed my modification with Williams Litigation Center through out the whole process I was in full communication with the attorney and the processing team. I did a lot of research on this company before going with this Attorney . If your looking for assistance with your finances and home loan this is the best firm to use. They deal with the banks on a whole different level. The Rest Report that was provided to the bank by Williams Litigation help my case get approved. I was dealing with the bank for over 8 months and my process was completed in 90 days.

Thank you,

Williams Litigation Center.
I did not post a scam under this name, originally I just asked if this was a legitimate Law Firm because I was charged for a Rest Report, that was to be part of the mortgage modification.
I started working with Williams Litigation Center located in Los Angeles Ca and the level of customer services I have received is excellent. Every time I have called to speak the attorney about my case she has picked up the phone. This company is not a scam they are actively working on my case currently. I’m not sure why this lady is posting such disturbing comments about an institution that is truly helping homeowners save their properties. I have had the run around with my lender and they were not handling the situation on a timely manner. I have a copy of the attorneys license information and nor does the company or the attorney have any pending law suits against them.
I am sorry I posted the first note and that the lady who answered had information on another company, not this one. They are completely different than the one she said was a fraud.
My mortgage company has been contacted by this firm, and and the process has already been started.
This is not a fraud company as I tried to explain to the lady that has the incorrect name for this company.

Add on Sep. 11 -I had an original contact with this lady, and then found out that this Law Firm I went through was legitimate. The rest of my contact with her was in defending Williams Litigitation Center. They had been in contact with my mortgage company, and what this lady is syaing,is not true. She still has them mixed up with some other Law Firm with a similiar name.

Before you send this company a cent, please read!! This is a major FRAUD! Williams Litigation Center, Williams Law Center, and Jennifer Williams Law, as well as their partner company, the National Mortgage Help Center, will gladly take your money to represent you. You will be promised a mortgage Loan Modification, or better yet, a principal reduction. Guaranteed -- your case will be denied, because WLC is not doing its job. You will pay anywhere from $1800 to $5000 for this service. WLC representatives will tell you, very indignantly, that they have NO connection to these other companies, but do your homework. They are one and the same. After you/ve been scammed out of several thousand dollars, your name will be turned over to a collection agency (probably one of their many pseudonyms) for bogus "shipping and handling fees" of your "legal documents." BEWARE. If you believe you need an attorney to assist you with your loan modification, go to a trusted local attorney for a consultation. You will pay less and receive genuine assistance.

Warning: This company is a fraud. They previously went under Williams Law Center & Jennifer Williams Law Center. They recently moved, then sent out emails & letters to clients and agents stating they were closing their doors due to financial and legal reasons. Now to everyone's surprise they have reappeared under this name and with 3 different addresses. They are not a law firm and do not have proper certifications to perform any loan modifications. The law is "no company can take money up front for Loan modifications". Please research before you give any money to any company. Verify with state licensing to verify if lawyers are legitimate.

Added 9/10/2010: Mrs Sherwood contacted US requesting assistance regarding this company. She indicated that this company had in fact "NOT" been in contact with her bank and she was concerned. I personally instructed her how to proceed with her bank and the fraud process.

It is the "SAME" company; Do your homework and a "REST" report is nothing more than a "new" name for a basic worksheet used to avoid the laws and regulations issued by our federal and local governments agencies.
