I have found Wilshire Capital Partners, Inc. to provide a solid investment vehicle in these strange economic times. They have consistently provided solid returns while keeping risk to a minimum. This (in my opinion) has been accomplished by implementing a solid foundation of fundamental underwriting policies.

Wilshire Finance Partners deliver
I've been doing business with Wilshire Finance Partners and my financial advisor, Shane Patel, for over 1 year. This was my first investment in Trust Deeds and they were extremely informative and helpful getting me started. The rate of return they discussed with me in our initial meeting ended up being exactly what I am receiving on my initial investments. I plan of increasing my investment with Wilshire as I find Shane and his/their investment strategy reliable and consistent.

Mortgage Note Investments
After making numerous investments with Wilshire for approximately 1-1/2 yrs.
I find them to be honest, accurate in presentation and legally sound in
processing required documents for each investment. I would recommend them to

Wilshire Finance Partners
I have been very happy with my investment in Wilshire Finance Partners. The one time that a loan was not being paid, they gave me the option to either wait and see what happened when they foreclosed on the property or to move to another loan. I was very impressed that they gave me the option, since it was not in my agreement. I have rolled my investment over 3 times and will continue.

A well managed Real Estate Loan company we can trust
Wilshire Finance Partners, Inc invest their own money in the real estate properties. I am investing with the Company as a partner. The loan is secured by the 1st deed of trust up to 65% of the purchase price. The interest rate ranges from 8% to 10%. I became a partner with the Company one year ago. All documents were well prepared and secured in the escrow. The interest payments were paid each month and the accounting was clearly presented by PLM Lender Services. I can always get in touch with somebody when I have any questions. I am really glad that The investment is secure with good return. It is supported and well managed by the Company. I would recommend the Company to my friends without any reservation.

Great yield
I been with them for a year or two now. Communication is great. Shawn has been wonderful. This type of investment is for these times. Banks will give you nothing. Stocks are hard to do well in. A monthly divided are hard to judge. And the stock with the dividend can go down. Trust Deed investing is backed by real property. Nice. They do everything. You just collect the checks. As I have been doing.

CONSISTENT RETURNS
I invested with Wilshire Finance Partners a little less than 3 years ago. I started out with the minimum of $50,000. After several months of consistent returns and prompt payout checks I have re-invested several more times. Whenever,I have a bank CD mature, I pull the funds and place them with "WFP".
In addition I recently learned that my IRA's could also utilize this investment. I am currently transferring additional monies from my retirement accounts(and so are my children!).
This is a well-run, professional organization. No hype...just performance!
I could not be more pleased!
I have recommended and will continue to recommend this organization to family and friends!

Great Investment
I have been with WFP since 2009 and am more than satisfied with my investment, the returns, and the customer service. I love getting a check in the mail every month. My WFP check is a refreshing piece of mail to see considering most of the other envelopes are bills. It is comforting knowing what piece of R.E. my money is invested into and the safety I have...and earning over 10 times what the bank would pay me is awesome! I would recommend this investment to anyone.

Great investment. Great Company
I invested with Wilshire Finance Partners almost 2 years ago. I was looking for an investment that would give me passive income. Investing with Wilshire does that. My first investment with them was for $150,000.00; for that I receive my monthly check ($1400+/-) and my principal balance doesn't get touched. Whenever I have questions I can email or call and get an answer in minutes. I am very happy with them. Thanks guys!

I started doing business with Wilshire Finance Partners early 2010. At first I went into it with eyes wide open. There's so many shady folks out there just waiting to take advantage of people and I've been NOTHING but PLEASED with them. They've taken good care of me and it's nice to know I've found a company that actually is interested in making me money and not just lining their own pockets. I've never posted a review at BBB, but I really felt the need to do it for these guys.
Thanks Wilshire! Great work and I give anyone looking for a sound financial vehicle to work with them. You won't be sorry.

I've been doing business with Wilshire Finance Partners for several years now. My returns are consistent. I especially like that I can do this out of my IRA to earn the monthly income without being taxed until I want to be taxed.
I have a significant part of my savings and retirement with Wilshire. It's just hard to look at what banks are paying or to trust bonds anymore. I like knowing there is a physical asset backing my money.
This was a great move! I would recommend it to anyone.

When I have a question it is answered in a timely fashion and my income checks are always on time and in line with expected returns. I would personally recommend Wilshire to any investor.
