Judy...thanks so much for your response. I had found that on the BBB site, and read of it's overall good rating etc. But I didn't think it was the same institution as that which I named...as mine had no "and Arts" in its name, and also the address didn't fit either of the ones I was given on their site.
I'll check the link and look further though. Thanks again. Hope I can help back sometime soon. sue.

Hi again...I have two locations/addresses etc. One in Minnesota, the other CA. I'm in Canada...you likely noticed by my url. Anyway...One is P.O.Box 4506, Arcata CA, 95518...Ph: 1-800-521-6382 (US only.) email: ums@umsonline.org OR...the "@" symbol is spelled out in brackets like this (at)...I've never seen this before.

Hi Sue. The school has 2 branches, 1 in CA and the other in MN. The CA branch is the main correspondence office for students and the MN branch is specifically for PH.D programs. All students begin through the CA office and get transferred to MN if they choose to pursue their PhD. I live in Arcata, CA and know the University very well. It's all distant learning. I highly recommend it. The name is: University of Metaphysical Sciences www.umsonline.org. The staff are truly beautiful people who genuinely care about the wellbeing and education of its students. the one that has a B-rating, that's a different school. That's not the same one.
I called and they said that the reason University of Metaphysical Sciences is not on the BBB is because the BBB won't rate or list 501(c)3 organizations, and University of Metaphysical Sciences is a 501(c)3 non-profit under Wisdom of the Heart Church and so they can't be put on the BBB.
