I think I have really screwed up big this time. Usually I check out the BBB ratings and info on a company before I act. This time I didn't. I signed a contract with them gave them my bank account numbers the whole nine yards. I've read reviews on them which there are more bad than the good ones and the BBB gave them a F rating. The company's name is The Credit Exchange out of California. The person who I talked to and that set up my account is Regina Wright. I'm so scared right now that I'm going to be in a bigger mess than I am now. I don't know what to do. Could someone give me input on what I should do, because I really don't. They said it could take up to six months for them to even do anything and in the meantime my first two payments go to fees and set aside for my bills to be paid off one at a time. Then every month I give them money to be set aside for my bills. I've never been behind six months on any of my bills, in fact this is the first month on most of my bills andsecond on the rest. Please someone help me and tell me what I should do. Also would like to hear from others who have had dealings with this company, and from Ms. Wright. Thank you. Janiegirl.
